What if you are hmong with a okay look and have a accent when speak thai. Does it matter if your hmong or thai? Will they judge you by your race and are tgey still gonna hire u.

Some celebrities start off as models, singers, or even guests on music videos. Some also started off in pageants.
Some also go to auditions or even being scouted by elders or managers in Thai ET.

Connections and attending workshops help too.

Most of the time people base it on looks but there are other things that matter too: Talent, Hard Work, Determination, Attitude, Good Work Ethic and Professionalism and being open-minded and able to work and get along with everyone.

Yup, all those are need . Especially looks . Some actress/actor can't act but their look give them role . I want the servant role . Team N'ek or Team N'rai LOL.
