The earliest I go to sleep is 11:30, but that is if I am really tired. The usual is 1:30-2 AM. I usually start to wake up on my own, but if I'm not awake on my own by 5:30, my alarm wakes me up. I have to get up to get my stuff ready for school, feed my son, get his stuff ready for when my parents babysit while I'm at school. So, it's a habit =/
You live on 3-4 hours of sleep?? You are so amazing, woman. I know good sleep is important but reducing the number of hours I spend sleeping is a dream of mine! I just can’t function without at least 7 hours of sleep.
