[MBC] Queen Seon Deok

When this first aired, I watched the first two episode. I was quite displeased at the flaws the drama had in just the first two episode. When it was about to end, I gave it another shot but wasn't even able to pass episode 6. Everyone was praising the actress that portrayed Mishil, but I was just baffled. She wasn't that great. This drama pissed me off on so many level, I had to stopped at episode 10. A year later I finally caught up to 16. I just recently picked back up where I left off.

I was told that Mishil loves her country Shilla at the time. But I begged to differ, if she did really love Shilla, she would have joined forces with the king. She was all about greed and her ego was her downfall. I don't think she loved Shilla, it was for her own selfishness. I am glad she died. And I want to point out that this drama had so many flaws that it's hilarious to watch how unaware the writers were when they were writing. I think they were on crack lol it doesn't make much sense. Mishil has not aged, her sons are a lot older than her. It's just too funny.

And let's talk about the useless king. He was unable to protect his family, how can he rule a kingdom. I think he deserve the number 1 most stupid king that ever walked this planet.

38 more episodes to go. They could have cut down at least 20 parts because honestly episode 1-20 was sort of pointless. It just drove me crazy at the lack of details they writer screwed up.

It has finally picked up in episode 25.

i agree it had it's flaws but i couldn't resist being drawn into it..
i agree mishil's character could have been more convincing.. her character may be important.. but i felt it was only half the effort.. (if you can understand me)

i have to say i actually really liked this drama overall though.. i have to say the cast was great a beautiful cast.. ehehe..

i fell for Bidam and Alcheon ehehe..

This daram is pretty okay. I watch this daram with my dad and he love this drama :coverlaf:. He re watch this drama a few times now...I like the being part when Princess Duk Man was still a teen. Nam Ji Hyun did such a great job playing young Princess Duk Man.

I admit it is quite addicting. Once it bugs me beyond irritation, I would take a long break before I continue. I am currently at 30. It's going to be a very slow progression for me because school has already started for me.

Such a long drama but it's worth the time. It's a great drama. Though it had been air 3 years ago but I barely start watching. I really like Kim Chun Chu, though he's annoying and rude but he's a cutie. All the actors and actress are really proficient. Congrats to their winning.
