Water is a neutral pH so 7.0. Lemon juice, vinegar, and milk all contain acids (citric, acetic, and lactic) so they will have low pH. Citric is more acidic than acetic which is more acidic than lactic. Hope that helps. If you want more precise measurements you can measure it with a pH meter (in lab). Or just google lol. Unless you're trying to solve some log equation/Henderson-Hasselbalch to figure out their pH. If so, provide more info so we can help :)
