[YADECH FF]- Nangfah Haeng Huajai, CH.3 (1/11/15)

It's been a while since I've written a Yadech FF...or maybe even them as the leads...hmm...I don't remember as I've had so many but also a confirmation that I am not dropping any projects unless otherwise stated.
This plot was created out of my much anticipation to see Yaya take on an angel role, pairing alongside, of course, Nadech. So, enjoy Yadech fans, as this FF will be a bit different from others.

Ever since she was a little, Jao Nangfah Maneerattana (Yaya), was locked up in her heavenly chamber, due to a future prediction that she will one day fall for a human being and become a human. Boredom and curiosities leads her to escape from her heavenly chamber and accidentally fall onto Earth. It so happens that she falls onto Gunpope's (Nadech) car, to which she then collapses into his arms. He takes her to the hospital and later questions her of her identity, where she repeatedly replies that she is an angel from heaven. This makes Gunpope think that it is his fault for hitting her resulting in amnesia so he takes full responsibility of her. He takes her home and with the permission of his mother, lets the angel stay with them for the while being until he finds out her true identity. It isn't long before he falls for her, but...she doesn't know what love is.

Oooh, I love the whole angel idea & Yadech is the perfect couple for this :)
Reminds me a bit of Manee Dan Suang w/ the angel idea. Yaya would be a perfect angel :D

Thanks. I've always wanted to see Yaya take on an angel role. Sara Legge was an adorable and beautiful little angel in "Manee Daen Suang". And yes, it has the same concept, angel concept, as "Manee Daen Suang" but a whole new plot. Lol. I'm just gonna say that I feel sorry for Nadech's character in here. Haha! He's gonna be the one that breaks the curse, hint, hint!

Chapter One

"P'Pope!"
"Khun Noo ka, khun noo!"
"P'Pope! Pee yoo nai?!"
"Khun Noo ka, be careful ka!"
"P'Pope!"
"Khun Noo ka, your heel strap isn't...
Within a blink of an eye, twenty-one year old, Arida Sririsothorn, had slipped and fell right into the arms of...
"Who are you?!" she bellowed, coming to her senses almost right away.
"...secured," Nuan finished in a trembling voice. She too, was caught amidst an unexpected moment, almost forgetting that she was going after her khun noo to remind the young girl that the straps on her heels were not yet secured, for it was the unsecured straps that made her trip into the arms of this charming young man.
Arida slipped out of his arms and pushed him away.
"I...
"Nong Da!"
Arida's face lit up for she was delighted to see her older brother, Gunpope, again after four years. She jumped into his arms and hugged him tightly.
"What took you so long?! Have you any idea that I've missed you dearly?!"
Gunpope chuckled at his younger sister's reaction and ruffled her already messy, wavy, medium-brown hair.
"I went to complete my studies na, Nong Da," said Gunpope. "And that takes a significant amount of time."
"I know na," said Arida, playfully prancing around her brother. "But, I've missed you so much!"
"Enough now, Nong Da," said Gunpope. "Don't you see that we have a guest?"
"Who is this guy?" Arida blurted, shooting the guy a nasty look.
"Nong Da!" Gunpope exclaimed. "Have some manners! That is Khun Chai Therdthawee Narattawong, my friend."
"Sawadee krub," said Therdthawee, politely, slightly bowing to Arida, who eyed him from head to toe.
"Khun Chai?" she asked, reassuringly.
"Chai," Gunpope replied.
"Wadee ka," said Arida, hastily.
Therdthawee turned to Gunpope and smiled.
"Your sister is so adorable," he said.
"Nee khun, I'm not a five-year old child!" Arida snapped.
"I didn't mean it like that," Therdthawee quickly added. "I meant...
"Aow, Khun Mae," said Gunpope, acknowledging his mother's presence. Beside Mom Rachawong Amara Sririsothorn stood Mom Rachawong Napassorn Nattarawong, Therdthawee's mother, who both had their eyes on Arida. A smile formed on Mom Rachawong Napassorn's face.
"Uh...uh...Sawadee kha," said Arida, with a puzzled expression on her face.
Mom Rachawong Amara shook her head and introduced to her friend, Mom Rachawong Napassorn, her youngest child and only daughter.
"What a lovely young woman!" Mom Rachawong Napassorn said in a delightful tone and expression, putting a smile on Mom Rachawong Amara's face.
"How embarassing," said Mom Rachawong Amara. "My twenty something year old daughter still acts like a little girl."
"Oh no, no, no," said Mom Rachawong Napassorn. "She's definitely lovely! I can confidently say that she is daughter-in-law material!" She looked up at her son, Therdthawee, who smiled shyly.
Arida gulped and tried to slick shake her head at her brother, who shrugged and looked away.
"Oh my, it's unbelievable how we reunited after so many years," said Khun Ying Napassorn. "If my son and your son hadn't attended the same school and graduated at the same time, returning to Thailand today, we probably would've lost contact for a long time."
"That is true," said Mom Rachawong Amara. "It is what it is; I hope that you will have a great appetite today. I will have the chefs prepare a special dinner for you and Khun Chai Therdthawee."
"Of course, of course!" Khun Ying Napassorn nodded.
Arida gulped again and watched until her own mother and Khun Ying Napassorn disappeared into the living room. She then grabbed Gunpope by the arm and dragged him outside to the entrance of their home, where she immediately slammed him with questions.
"Nong Da," said Gunpope, calmly.
Arida ignored her brother and kept going at him, all the while he just laughed and shook his head.
"P'Pope, it's not funny!" she snapped, concluding her series of question. "I'm asking you serious questions here and am hoping that you will be able to provide answers!"
"You dragged me out here for this?" Gunpope asked in disbelief, shaking his head.
"Hello?! Did you not hear?! That Khun Ying mentioned me to be her daughter-in-law!" Arida shouted. "There is no way I'm agreeing to that!"
"She didn't necessarily say...
"How did you meet them?! How does Mom know them?! How come I was never...
"Nong Da! For goodness sake, take a couple of breaths," said Gunpope.
He found it amusing that his younger sister was making such a big deal out of such a small matter, if you could call that a matter.
Nevertheless, Khun Ying Napassorn and her only son, Therdthawee, stayed the remainder of the evening for a grand dinner with the Sririsothorns. It was during dinner that Arida learned her mother and Mom Rachawong Napassorn are best friends who had lost contact over years due to the Narattawongs' business establishments in America. Now, they're back in Thailand for good, much to Arida's discontent.

"Go, don't go, go, don't go, go...go!"
Thousands of feet, high above the clouds, in the sky exists the heaven realm, home of Jao Nangfah Maneerattana Daen Suang, the youngest angel and daughter of the Mighty King of the Heavens. As the world below her exists in all possible feelings and emotions: happiness, sadness, disappointment, worries, etc., the angel's residence is a haven, carefree and stressfree. There is, however, one exception, Jao Nangfah Maneerattana Daen Suang is under a curse, and has been cursed since birth.
"Am I really going to be a human one day?" the angel helplessly asked herself, a question she had imposed over the past many years.
It was this curse that resulted in her being locked up in her heavenly chamber, the order of her father, King of the Heavens. Jao Nangfah Maneerattana is anything but restless. Her curiosities has led her to developing an escape plan, which she had repeatedly hesitated on whether or not to take action. After picking the last petal of the bright red rose, indicating a "go", the angel wanders her chamber a few times before settling upon a final decision. The guards were nowhere in sight. This was the perfect chance, a sign that she should go. She should escape. Jao Nangfah Maneerattana did just that and thankfully, she did not get caught. She danced along the clouds and when she looked back, she was falling through the sky, down below. She was scared now for she had no idea where she would land. Before she reached solid ground, she chanted a spell and fell softly onto...
"BEEP!!!"

Chapter Two

"BEEP!!!"
Gunpope slammed his brakes while Arida screamed at the top of her lungs. Then, all was quiet. The headlights of Gunpope's sedan was still bright, shining into the distance, illuminating a human figure before them.
"Krai ah?" Arida asked in an almost whisper. "I think you hit her."
Their subject of focus turned around and faced them.
"Oho, suay jung!" Arida exclaimed.
She rushed out of the car, completely ignoring Gunpope's "hold on!".
"Nong Da," said Gunpope, going out after his sister.
"Who are you?" Arida asked the beautiful young woman before them.
The woman had on a long silky, glittery, pearl-white hi-low dress. For the first time ever, Jao Nangfah Maneerattana, stared directly into the eyes of humans.. She had never seen such beings before. She pranced around them in circled, studying the pair of siblings from head to toe.
"What are you doing?" asked Gunpope.
"P'...P'Pope, I'm pretty sure you hit her while ago," Arida whispered to her brother.
He was pretty sure he hit her too. Gunpope turned around and saw a dent on the hood of his sedan.
"Khun!" he gasped. "Are you alright?!"
He scanned her up and down as if expecting to see blood, but there was none.
"How could it be?" Arida asked.
"You two must be humans," said Maneerattana, with a bright smile.
"Of course we're humans," said Arida. "We're humans just like you...unless...
Suddenly, Maneerattana fainted but Gunpope caught her before she hit the ground.
"There's no blood, P'Pope!" Arida exclaimed.
"We must rush her to the hospital right away," said Gunpope.
Arida opened the door of the backseat of the car for her brother, who gently placed Maneerattana onto the leather seats. Arida got into the back and laid the angel's head to rest on her legs.
"I told you you didn't have to take that guy and his mother home," said Arida. "Should've let Tum do it."
"Nee Nong Da, now is not the time to say I told you so," said Gunpope. "We need to find out who this woman is and contact her family once we reach the hospital."
"She's so pretty," said Arida. "Seems like she has on a wedding dress too. But...
She checked the angel's left hand.
"...but there's no ring on her left hand!"
"Nong Da, that doesn't matter," said Gunpope, stepping harder on the accelerator.
They reached the hospital in no time but much to Gunpope and Arida's curiosities, doctors concluded that there was no sign of illness or injuries on the patient. Before they could even guess, Maneerattana was all over the place, causing much chaos to everyone.
"What is this place?" Maneerattana asked a nurse.
"This...is the hospital," the nurse replied.
"It must be amnesia, P'Pope," said Arida, watching in disbelief as the curious angel danced around.
Gunpope shook his head, apologized to the doctor, and grabbed Maneerattana. They were face to face and their eyes met. She smiled at him, causing him to look away.
"What's wrong with you?" asked Maneerattana. "You should feel lucky to be staring into an angel's eyes. Father told me that humans and heavenly beings are not supposed to come into contact with each other. All of you should be lucky to meet me."
Gunpope closed his eyes and opened it again to make sure that he wasn't dreaming.
"Alright," he said.
"Khun Chai krub," said the doctor. "I think we should perform an x-ray of her head for any injuries. Perhaps, it's amnesia."
"Do whatever you think is necessary krub," Gunpope said. "In the meantime, I will try to contact her family."
The doctor, along with two nurses, escorted Maneerattana to the x-ray room as Arida followed closely by.
"What are you people doing?" Maneerattana asked the nurses.
"We're going to x-ray your brain," replied one of the nurses. "There is a possibility that you may have suffered an injury to your brain that have caused you faint."
"No, no," said Maneerattana. "I fainted because I used too much power on the way here. I've never used that much power before. I used up a ton of energy right as I landed."
The nurses turned to Arida, who backed away and shook her hands no.
"Don't look at me," said Arida. "I don't know how to explain."
"What's an...
In came Gunpope at that very moment. He was holding his iPhone, which grasped Maneerattana's attention right away.
"Ooh, what's that?!" she asked excitedly.
She snatched the phone from his hand and fought to get it back.
"Humans are so mean," said Maneerattana.
"It's not that," said Gunpope. "I'm sorry but I just wanted to know your name because I am on the phone with the police and...
"My name is Jao Nangfah Maneerattana Daen Suang," said Manerattana, interrupting Gunpope.
"Wow," said Arida. "That's a long name. From what lakorn did you hear that from?"
"Lakorn? What's lakorn?" asked Maneerattana.
Gunpope suddenly realized that this was going to be a long and tough night. He told the police that he will contact them again later at a convenient time and put his phone back into his pocket.
"Nong Da, let's go out into the hallway," Gunpope said to his sister. "It think it may be easier for the nurses to do their job."
"Ka," said Arida, following out the room.
A moment later, Maneerattana reappeared with the nurses, who along with the doctor, confided in Gunpope and Arida that Maneerattana's x-ray was normal.
"Normal?" asked Arida, reassuringly. "She doesn't seem very normal to me."
"Of course I'm not normal," said Maneerattana. "I'm an angel!"
"Okay," said Gunpope calmly.
He stepped forward to speak with the doctors and nurses, then proceeded to take care of the expenses, and finally apologized to everyone for all the problem. It was past midnight by the time they left the hospital. Gunpope thought it better if they took Maneerattana with them since they could not contact her family.
"Jao Nang...oy, I'm just going to call you Nee, okay?" Arida said to Maneerattana. "Your name is so likay and so long that it's such a mouthful to say. Tonight, you can sleep with me because if we allow you to sleep in the guest room by yourself, you may fly out the window back to heaven."
"Trust me, that would be the last thing I'd do," said Maneerattana. "I've been locked up in my heavenly chamber my entire life; I don't plan on going back anytime soon."
"Aow la," said Gunpope. "Nong Da, if there is anything out of the ordinary, make sure you let me know right away."
"Kha, P'Pope," Arida agreed.
Maneerattana beamed at the pair of siblings and sat back in her seat. From now on, she will do what she wants. Hopefully, her father doesn't learn of her absence too soon because she was not ready to be locked up again.

Chapter Three

"P'Pope, I really think this woman is...is abnormal."
The pair of Sririsothorn siblings watched Nee dance around there courtyard, stopping to sniff the flowers in the garden, and playing with the water in the elephant fountain. It was a beautiful day indeed and the seemed to be higher and brighter than usual, it's rays making the water in the fountain sparkle. Everyone in the Sririsothorn house including the servants, maids, and drivers, had come outside, perched around the marble pillars of the entrance of the driveway, and watching Nee, wondering this beautiful, deranged woman was.
"Khun Pope and Khun Da brought her home last night," Yod, the driver, told everyone. "I opened the door for them late last night."
"Ohh," the maids and servants nodded simultaneously.
Arida turned to her older brother, Gunpope, who watched helplessly as Nee jumped from the edge of the ivory fountain. Even though she was a little bit deranged but Gunpope could not deny the fact that she is the most beautiful woman he had ever seen in his entire life. He and Arida had named her Neera because her whole name was too long to pronounce, and not to mention that it was probably made up by Nee herself.
"Neera!" Gunpope called out to her.
Maneerattana didn't seem to acknowledge anyone's presence and surely ignored Gunpope too. Gunpope bit his lip and looked his younger sister, Arida, who shook her head in disbelief.
"Hey you!" Arida called out.
This time, Neera ran up to them both and grabbed their hands, asking that they go dance and play with her.
"Uh...Nee, we're going to go shopping," Gunpope told her. "So, I think you should stop dancing around now."
"Come on, get in the car." Arida took Nee's hand and led her to the car but when Da opened the door to the back seat, Nee backed away and shook her head. The frightened expression on her face told them that there would be problems.
"No, no, no!" Nee frantically screamed.
"Arai wa," the servants and maids exchanged puzzled expressions.
"Get in the car," said Mali, one of the maids. "Khun Da opened the door for you already."
Yod opened the passenger door for Gunpope and then got into the driver seat himself. Neera was still staring at the car and the frightened expression had not wore away.
"Go ahead, get in." Gunpope slightly pushed her towards the car but she backed away even further this time.
"P'Pope, I don't think this will work out," said Da.
Just then, a black Range Rover pulled up behind the black Mercedes-Benz sedan. Khun Ying Amara got out of the car and stared at the crowd in front of her house.
"What are you all doing?" she asked them.
"Uhh...P'Pope and I thought about taking Neera shopping na ka," Arida told her mother.
"Then why is everyone standing outside?" Khun Ying's eyes rolled onto the maids and servants, who all had their heads down, hands crossed at the waist of their uniform pants. "Go inside and do your work."
They all nodded once and went back inside. Afterwards, Khun Ying looked at Gunpope, who was standing near the front of the car, his right hand was on top of the passenger door as if he were about to get in.
"Ta Pope," she began. "Explain clearly."
"Uhh...I had intended to take Neera shopping because Nong Da told me that it would be better if Neera had her own clothes," Gunpope explained.
"Ohh, okay." Khun Ying motioned for Neera to get into the car. "What are you waiting for? Get in the car."
"Uhh...Mae ka," Arida began. "Neera is scared of the car."
"Arai na?!" Khun Ying was slightly surprised. "Why?"
"To make a long story short, she had a bad experience with moving vehicles," Arida replied.
"Why so difficult?" Khun Ying shook her head. "I don't understand. If you don't take the car, how are you going to get there? Walk?"
"I can fly," Nee replied.
"Hah?!" Khun Ying's voice was higher this time. "Ta Pope, Da, I don't think this woman is normal."
"I told you!" Neera said happily. "I tried to tell them so many times that I am not normal but they won't believe me. I told you I am not a normal person. I am an angel, an angel!"
Gunpope gave a fake cough and Arida looked uneasy. Khun Ying Amara, on the other hand, was totally shocked.
"Where did you two find this girl?" she asked her two children. "I don't think her condition is normal at all. She may have escaped from a mental institute."
Arida's eyes widened. "Yes! Why didn't we think of that, P'Pope! P'Pope, I think we should check the mental institutions around here to see if there is a case of a missing or runaway patient, na ka. You never know, Khun Mae maybe right."
Gunpope nodded and smiled. Why hadn't he thought of that? Poor girl, he thought. He wondered how long she had been in this deranged state. At least she wasn't suicidal, which was a good thing.
"Aow la, go ahead and if there are any updates, make sure you guys call me," Khun Ying Amara told her children.
She shook her head and stomped up the steps into her house. Gunpope and Arida turned to Neera, who smiled brightly back.
"Nee, let's go," said Arida.
Neera's smile suddenly turned into a frown and she backed away from the car again.
"Nee," Arida called.
"If you don't get in the car, I'm gonna have to be mean to you," Gunpope told her.
"Do it, P'Pope," Arida urged, knowing exactly what her brother meant.
"I'm gonna count to three and if you don't get into the car, I'm gonna put you in it," said Gunpope. "1...2...3!"
Neera broke into a run but Gunpope had quickly caught her and lifted her into his arms. She wasn't heavy and at all but her struggling to break free made it difficult for him to hold on to her.
"Stay still," he shouted. "If we don't go shopping for your clothes, then you will have nothing to wear. You can't just wear Nong Da's clothes forever!"
"I don't want to get in the car!" Neera screeched at the top of her lungs.
"I said stay still!" Gunpope exclaimed.
He could feel sweat dripping from his face now. Arida opened the door to the backseat for her brother and announced that she would go grab something quickly from the house. Finally, after much fighting, Gunpope was able to get Neera into the backseat of the car; however, she was still struggling to break free, causing Gunpope to accidentally fall over her. Their lips had touched and Gunpope's heart began to beat very fast. Their eyes met and Gunpope could feel her heart pounding too.
"OHO!" Yod exclaimed.
Then, Gunpope untangled himself from her and got up, closing the door afterwards.
"Lock! Lock it!" he yelled at Yod.
There. Now, she wouldn't be able to get out and break loose. Gunpope took off his black jacket and rolled up his shirt sleeves just as Arida descended the few steps of doorway.
"What is that?" he asked her, trying to catch his breath.
"A rope just in case we need it when we come back," Arida replied. "Let's go."
Gunpope nodded and got into the front seat while Arida joined Nee in the back. Finally, Gunpope thought. He didn't think things would be this difficult when he brought her home last night.
Gunpope was silent all the way to the mall. The accidental kiss replayed over and over in his mind. For some reason, he kept thinking about it and couldn't seem to forget it at all. On the other hand, Arida and Nee were having a blast in the backseat. Yod had come up with the brightest idea of turning on the radio, which seemed to bring a joyful mood to Nee. The two girls were now dancing in the back. Gunpope stared at Nee in the mirror and smiled. Had she not felt anything at all of the accidental kiss?

Gunpope finally brought himself together when they reached their destination. He ordered Yod to stay put in the parking lot until he they were ready to leave. Arida grabbed Nee's hand and followed Gunpope into the mall. Arida dragged Nee and Gunpope into Guess?, where Arida picked out a yellow, polka dotted casual dress for Nee and insisted that she tried it on right away.
"AHH! So cute!" Gunpope could hear Arida squeal from the fitting rooms. He shook his head and looked around the store. A white sequin dress caught his eye and picked it up from the racks. Then, he put it back because he suddenly thought it would be awkward that he picked out clothes for a woman.
Never before had he picked out clothes for a woman, even his younger sister, Arida. Usually, he'd just take Arida shopping and let her pick out what she wanted. Why, suddenly, did he just pick out a dress from the racks? Gunpope let out a sigh and massaged his temples. He felt definitely out of his mind.
"P'Pope!" Gunpope heard Arida call.
"Krub," he replied, turning around to see Nee in that beautiful, white sequin dress that he had picked up earlier.
Apparently and unbeknownst to him, Arida had picked one up too. Neera was smiling brightly at him and Gunpope's jaws had dropped. He did not blink. Suddenly, he choked and gasped for breath because he had forgot to breath too. She had took his breath away.
"P'Pope!" Da snapped.
"What?" Gunpope acknowledged.
"I asked you how she looks," said Da.
"Oh, uh...uhm...fine," said Gunpope. "Take it."
Arida shook her head in disappointment and dragged Neera back into the dressing room.
"He's so tasteless," he heard Arida tell Nee.
"I can hear you!" he called to them.
"It was meant for you to hear so take notes!" Arida shot back.
Gunpope laughed and shook his head. Whatever, he thought.
About an hour later, they left Guess? with two large bags, one for Nee and the other belonging to Da. Gunpope held their bags for them as they went into another store. It seemed that Arida was having fun, judging from all the laughter and jokes coming from her and Da. However, Gunpope still had to prepare for the worst, in case Arida gets hyper, which would be likely to bring upon embarassment.
Around noon, Arida announced that she was hungry and claimed that Nee was hungry too.
"Why didn't you say so, Nee?" Arida asked her.
"What do you mean?" Nee asked.
"I heard your stomach growling while we were trying on clothes in the last store," Arida replied. "If you're hungry, you should let us know."
"I've never eaten before and I didn't know that meant I was hungry," said Nee.
"How do you not know you're not hungry?" Arida asked.
"Because angels don't eat," Nee replied.
"You're...
"Okay, let's go eat," Gunpope interrupted, afraid that if they go on any further, there will surely be a scene. "I'm hungry too. So, what do you girls want?"
"P'Pope, why don't we go eat sushi?" Da suggested. "I want to eat a lot of fish so my skin will be beautiful and healthy like Nee's. You don't know how beautiful her skin is."
"Okay," said Gunpope, feeling a little bit awkward.
"Nee, besides eating healthy, what skin products do you use?" Da asked. "I want to go buy some for myself so I can brighter skin like you."
Neera smiled and confidently replied that angels don't use body products.
"Nevermind," said Arida, helplessly. "I shouldn't have asked."
"Let's go," said Gunpope.
Arida grabbed Nee's hand and followed Gunpope to the upper level where the restaurant was. They were seated right away and with the exception of Nee's bewildering expression of the fish tank at the front, their dining experience turned out better than Gunpope had initially expected. Nee tried everything Gunpope and Arida ordered and even asked for seconds of every order.
"Oho," said Arida. "You're so tiny yet you eat so much."
"It's good!" Neera beamed at the sibling pair. "I've never had it before! It's very delicious!"
It turned out that Nee ate even more than Gunpope.
"You sure ate a lot," Arida said to her as they were leaving the restaurant.
"I think it's better that I do so that I don't have to be hungry later," said Nee.
"By then, we'll be having dinner already," said Arida. "Humans eat three times a day."
"Oh," Nee nodded. "Angels don't eat at all...and I don't like feeling hungry either."
Arida couldn't help but laugh. Then, she turned to Gunpope and winked.
"What?" asked Gunpope.
Arida gave her brother the duh look. She mouthed the word 'car' to her brother a few times until it actually clicked for Gunpope.
"Oh!" he exclaimed. "Right...but, do you think it's okay?"
"What is it?" Nee asked them, unaware that they were going to tie her up for the convenience of getting her in the car.
Arida didn't want to risk Nee running away again. She pulled out the rope and to their surprise, Nee did not move a muscle when they tied her hands and feet.
"What are we doing?" Nee asked them.
Gunpope picked her up and headed towards the exit to the car while Arida grabbed the shopping bags and followed.
"NO!" Nee bellowed at the sight of the car.
Yod opened the doors for them and this time, Gunpope was able to put Nee in the car without a hassle. When in the car, Arida untied Nee, who was upset that they tied her up without warning.
"I told you it would work, P'Pope," said Arida.
"That's not nice," said Nee, frowning at them.
Gunpope chuckled. "This is the first time I've seen you frown."
"It's not funny," Nee said in a babyish tone.
She sat back in her seat and folded her arms, looking out the window. Arida sat forward and tapped her older brother on the shoulder.
"Are we going to the mental institution now?" she whispered to Gunpope.
He glanced at Neera, who was still staring out of the window, and shook his head.
"Why?" asked Arida.
"Because if there was a patient that escaped, mental institutions wouldn't keep quiet about it; it will be broadcasted on the news," said Gunpope.
"I guess that's true," said Arida. "Well, what are we going to do?"
Gunpope cleared his throat and sighed. "We'll have to check her into one if no one claims her missing."

Thanks so much for a very lovely ff, I like it a lot. Nee is so cute and Gunpope and Arida they're nice to her although getting into the car is a huge hassle.
