Yes this is a remake of the Taiwanese version.
 
Am I looking forward to this?
 
Yes and no.
 
Yes because it's another reunion =P
 
No because FTLY was TERRIBLE!!! It had its moment but overall, NO.
 
I do hope the Korean makes a few changes. I couldn't stand bipolar Ethan Ruan and passive Joe Chen. They definitely have chemistry though.
 
Now if only they remade Oum Ruk instead of FTLY.

I think the drama is off to a pretty good start. I adore Jang Nara. She's still so beautiful and hasn't aged a day since I last saw her in School 2013. (She actually looks younger.)
 
I enjoyed the 2nd episode a little more than the first one. I will keep tuning in to see what this version has in store. :)

OMG!! I'm excited for this drama. Episode 1 and 2 has wow me. I just love Jang Hyuk laugh. I'm looking forward to the next upcoming episodes.

Now that you mention Dokgo Jin he does hv a similar laugh hahaha. the Greatest Love was a good drama also.

So I started on this last night and totally enjoying it. Now I'm watching with a clean slate since I didn't watch taiwanese version (not so much into taiwanese dramas) I think its a good thing so I don't have to compare. His laugh is epic and I would laugh everytime he laughs lol. Ep2 was good, loved how he waz such a gentleman when he heard and saw her supposedly bf dissing her. That look at the casino where he was gambling with her bf omg, that look on him was just so handsome hahaha. He looked pretty sexy. And idk if its just me but jang na ra with the glasses on make her loook ao adorable. Normally when nangek wear glasses to make them look plain jane, they actually do look like one but JNR wearing it makes her look adorable haha

I remember really loving the Taiwanese version. It was definitely draggy and a little too much drama but overrall it was good. They had a really good bed scene which is what Taiwanese drama's are good at. The passion was realistic. I cried a bunch watching it.
 
I'm not sure if I'll watch the K-version. I like Jang Nara, so I might give it a chance. I won't be comparing anything since it's been such a long time since I've seen the T-ver. Korean remakes are usually refreshing and well done IMO.

Honestly, I didn't like the Taiwanese Version. I gave up half way b/c he was so .. undeceive.
 
I can only hope that this won't drag but from episode two, it seems like he has a small space in his heart for her ...

So far I like this version. I am watching it without comparing. The main guy is eccentric crazy.

When I watched the Taiwanese version, I didn't think the people were very attractive in it. But I went back last week to watch episode 1 & oh my has my taste changed. The main is handsome.

I wasn't a fan of the Taiwanese version either. I thought Ethan's character was so bi-polar. He'd be all nice and understanding one moment, then a total jerk in the next. I couldn't understand why Joe's character chose to put up with him (but I guess it's kind of part of her personality). I wasn't excited for the Korean remake since I wasn't a fan of the Taiwanese version, but I have to say, I'm liking the Korean version so much more. JH plays him so much softer (and yet really eccentric - must run in the family). It remains to be seen, however, whether it'll continue going that way with the new/old misunderstanding arising. Regardless, this version is also loads more hilarious and full of heart.

I also haven't watched the Taiwanese version but my mom had and she said its was really good.  So far this version is entertaining.  He is a bit over the top at times and now he thinks she is part of the plan from the beginning and not also a victim too....feel bad if he takes it to extreme for revenge.  Worth a view!
