What the hey...

A new FF coming soon. Just a short FF though. No particular actor/actress. Just a random FF that keeps writing itself in my mind. I also don't want to get caught up in a long one. This definitely won't be like any FF I've written. I wanted to try something different. I'll have it done by Sunday night or something (hopefully).

So stay tuned! :)

Mama Noy ♥️
9:02 P.M.
The bartender slides her the glass of red wine. Her hand gracefully cuffs the bottom of the wine glass, grinning flirtatious at him as she tells him to close her tab. Effortlessly, she moves away from the bar, finding a table to place her drink. She checks her watch anxiously waiting for the stranger she had met two days earlier. Her head screams with obscenity for agreeing to such a horrendous idea. This is not in her nature. She’s not the type to meet guys at the bar or lounge. It’s way out of her comfort zone. She always plays by the rules—the good girl that everyone teased, the girl next door, even the type that men would bring home to mother. But deep down, she craves the type of excitement and thrill only seen in movies. She yearned for danger, especially in bad boys. She longed for the moment where she can rid of her inhibition for just one night. She yearns to take the leap of faith, even if it isn’t the leap of faith she ought to be taking.

She places the drink on the table, causally taking a couple of sips with her pinky in the air. Elegant and fancy as can be. The soulful sound of jazz gently embraces her slender petite yet curvaceous body. Her body begins to blossom with a warm feeling as the alcohol enters through blood stream, while the music soothes her mind, leaving a sense of peace. The night is still young and the possibilities are endless. Anything can happen tonight, but she keeps telling herself tonight is nothing but harmless fun. Just a night out in an unknown territory out in a new big city. After all, she only has a couple of days in town before she returns to her normal safe life.

She scans the lounge, glancing over her shoulder. A grin merges on her face when she spots him from a distance.

9:10 P.M.
His eyes lock with hers from afar. He smiles at her. She stuck out like a sore thumb, grinning at him. Despite being a thrill seeker and an adrenaline junkie, this isn’t something he normally would do. Nor is she the type he would ever consider pursuing—the innocent type that always plays it safe, afraid of taking a leap of faith. Yet something about her compels his pursuit. An unusual beauty—that’s what he thought of her. Her short dark brown hair glistens in the dim light, leaving a faint halo ring above her head. Her side-swept bangs mysteriously covers one of her eyes. Something about her differs from the other women. A flawed woman— that's what she is. She wears a visible scar, from the back of her left ear trailing down to her shoulder blade. It resembles a train track, which takes passengers to an unknown destination.

Despite this flaw, she is still stunning. Not the kind of beauty he finds in the magazines or movies— but the kind of beauty that have the power to captivate the mind, body, and soul with just a single stare into the eyes. She’s the type that could possibly keep a conversation for hours on end, until the sunrises. The type that can love a man faithfully, devote all her life to one particular person. He's transfixed by her innocence yet drawn to her mysterious beauty that her body exposes. The truth is, he isn’t looking for a woman to spend the rest of his life with, nor is he looking for a girlfriend. Her unusual beauty simply compels him, and he’s just taking a leap of faith. He needs to belong to her, but only for one night.

He makes his way to the bar ordering two drinks before he makes his way to the beauty.

9:20 P.M.
“I hope I didn’t keep you waiting,” he smiles at the beauty, handing her another glass of wine, “Don’t worry, I didn’t spike your drink,” he tells her.

She takes her eyes off the empty wine glass and slightly glances up at him. Their eyes met and he appears more mysterious and sexier she remembered. His greenish hazel eyes become more visible than before under the dimly lit place. They’re the type of eyes that can melt any woman’s heart just by staring. And his jawline is sheer perfection, perfectly portion to his face. His lips curve perfectly, smiling flirtatiously at her, even appearing soft to the touch. His hair flawlessly combed to the side, holding in perfect form, which complemented his black slacks and clean white button up dress shirt. Sheer perfection before her eyes. What could he possible see in her two days ago? She thought to herself. She isn’t a beauty bombshell, yet he stands before her, trying to make conversations with her.

“Thank you…” she whispers with a grin on her face, as she pushes her bangs back.

“Chase,” he utters.

Her eyes widen, trying to comprehend what he said.

He leans in closer to her, “My name is Chase,” he whispers in her left ear, “Sorry, I didn’t get to introduce myself when we first met. ”

“Chase…” she smiles at him, extending her hand, “I’m Autumn,” she greets him properly.

He shakes her hand gently. “Autumn….” He grins, “It suits you.”

She smiles, lowering her head, suddenly timid for the first time. “Thank you,” she utters softly, unable to wipe the grin off her face.

“Let’s make a toast—” Chase grabs his glass, “To a night of… something new.”

“To something new…” she smiles, slowly sipping her wine. She’s feeling relaxed now, feeling the alcohol running through her bloodstream.

“I’m very surprised you came here tonight. I was certain you forgot about this mini rendezvous,” he couldn’t take his eyes off of her.

She takes a sip of her wine, then inhales deeply, shrugging with uncertainty, “I don’t know,” she chuckles nervously at him, “I guess I didn’t want to the opportunity to slip through my hands,” she raise her eyebrow at him, “I should ask you the same thing. What made you keep your promise?”

He grins, “I took a leap of faith.” He shrugs, “I figured I’d give it a shot by coming here. I’ve got nothing to lose.”

She stares at him, wondering how such a beauty can exist. She shouldn’t be enjoying herself like this, but she is.

“Let me just get straight to the point—” He clears her throat, putting the drink down, suddenly changing his tone of voice “I’m not going to waste your time anymore. I won’t feed you lies. I want to get to know you. Something about you intrigues me. I can’t wrap my fingers around it, but I know there’s some type of attraction between us—it’s physical, mental, spiritual, emotional— I don’t know. It’s a strong attraction, and I can’t fight it. I just know I want to get to you know…” he pauses, grinning from ear to ear, “but only for one night.”

She puts the glass of wine down, stunned by his words. This wasn’t what she expected, but then what can she possibly have expected for going to a lounge like this— a prince charming to swoop her off her feet? That was unlikely.

“I just want to chase Autumn for one night…” he grins with his pun intended.

He waits patiently for her response, gently gazing into her light brown eye. Her bangs still covering one eye. She remains quiet, as jazz music softly plays in the background. Her mind’s spinning with unfathomable thoughts, filling with what ifs. I shouldn’t have come here tonight. She thought. Her sins begin to weigh on the scale, trying to find a balance with the sins she might commit tonight. Will I regret this later or will this be a night to remember? Her heart pounds loudly, against her chest; however, she isn’t sure if it’s because of the nerves spiraling within or the wine that’s consuming her. This could be the best night of her life or simply a chapter in her life.

After a moment of silence and gazing into his eyes, the corners of her mouth curves into a grin. What do I have to lose? She contemplates to herself. I’m leaving in a couple of days anyways. Whatever happens, let it happens. Why not have some fun while I’m still here.

“I think I’ll enjoy the chase…” she tips her wine glass at him, taking another sip out of it.

He licks his lip, grinning irresistibly at her as he finishes his drink.

Autumn finishes her wine, feeling her mind swim with all the alcohol. She leans on the table for support, “I’m only here for a couple of days, I might as well do something out of the ordinary…” she shrugs, smiling at him, slowly letting go of her inhibition, “My life does need a little more excitement… I do need a chase…” she chuckles to herself with the pun intended.

He chuckles a little, leaning in closer, gently pushing her bangs that covers her eye, getting a better glimpse of her face. “We’ll be lovers… just for one night… ” he utters softly, “We’ll make it a night to remember …” he caresses her soft warm cheeks.

She glances at his perfectly proportion face and nods her head, “let’s…” she smiles, hold up her wine glass “but I do have one request—”

Chase’s eyes widen, waiting for her the request.

“Let’s get lost tonight…” she softly strokes his cheek, “Explore the city as if we only have one night to live…”

Chase smiles from ear to ear suddenly happy she came here tonight, “Together, we’ll conquer the world, and tomorrow we’ll go our separate ways…” He raises his drink, “And we’

“And never look back on tonight…” she taps his drink.

“It will be a night fit for a fantasy, only a fantasy…” He finishes his drink.

Autumn finishes her drink, “After tomorrow, tonight won’t exist…”

Thank you dear! This is going to be a short FF, probably 3-5 chapters LOL. This idea won't go away, so I figured I'll make it into a short FF.

Two attractive strangers in a new place trying to fulfill their desires. Chase is a gent, straight to the point with his request. This is so preferred compared to a sleazeball hitting on Autumn ! Suave he is that Autumn accepts it to experience. He'll make sure they'll have a great time, will they yearn for more after ? Thanks alot Noy, its a hot number this one.

OMG....another FF from Noy!! I miss your writing. I enjoy the first chapter a lo. Something different but kind of remind my of Smooth Operator...I like!!

I wonder will they conquer the world and leave as it is or will they try to find each other again?? Can't wait to read more of this ff...I'm glad that you didn't mention any character in here. It's good to have my own imagination of whom I want the character to be...
