I made the sauce today to eat with grilled oysters and other seafood but unfortunately it was a bad experience. I bought an over matured (bad) garlic so it burned my throat and tongue. I should had known because it peeled from their she'll without any effort. Luckily I tried it before serving.

Yums! I love the seafood sauce. This sounds ghetto, but when my family goes out to a buffet, we'd make the sauce and bring it so we can dip our crab legs, shrimps, and other shell fishes in it hahaha no shame.

And giiiirl, good thing you tasted it first or else Khun Pha would've yelled at you for making her some 'pralad' (strange) sauce lol
