What does this mean?

"merci cousine , a vous aussi ;-)" I know it says thank you cousin, and i believe the other part is saying something about "you too" or something along that line.

How do you say "you're welcome"?

He's a cousin who doesn't speak our native language well and doesn't know a lick of english, only hi, bye, and one word phrases. when we all were in thailand together, it was so hard to speak to him, so i appreciate all of your help :D . Thanks again!!
