Notable GMMTV contract artists that don't have any poster yet (and may not have any acting projects with GMMTV next year and/or may just not be attending the event)

Toyy Pathompong (lead in "Girl Next Room: Motorbike Baby" and in upcoming series "Girl2K")
White Nawat (support in upcoming series "A Tale of Thousand Stars")
Sing Harit (lead in currently-airing series "The Gifted Graduation")
Frank Thanasaran (support in "2gether" and "Still 2gether")
Marc Pahun (lead in currently-airing online series "My Gear & Your Gown")
Patrick Finkler (lead in currently-airing series "The Gifted Graduation")

Mook Worranit - It looks like she won't have any GMMTV projects for next year, she just tweeted minutes ago. This might be similar to 2019 when she ventured into primetime lakorns for GMM25. However, she still has a project "Oh My Boss" (part of GMMTV 2020 lineup) that will air early next year.
Noon Sutthipha (support in "Girl Next Room: Richy Rich" and in 2 GMM25 dramas this year)

This launch event is happening with the internal management changes happening within GMM in the background.

P'Boy is slated to take over managing GMM25 by next year. Based on the news, the news department is the most heavily affected. But the drama group will see some transition too.

Looks like the setup would be that their affiliated production companies would be free to do drama either with GMM or One31 (the channel P'Boy is currently managing). So it's possible that some of these GMMTV projects would air once again on One31. (And in the same vein, hopefully Exact and Pordeecom will air their dramas on GMM25.) The delineation would be that GMM25 would target younger viewers, while One31 will focus on the mass audience.

Could this be why Change2561's dramas "Krachao Seeda" and "Sai Roong" which are expected to air on GMM25 are suddenly moved to One31? I also think this is why "Ban Sao Sod" and "Fai Gam Prae" were aired earlier than expected, to prepare for the changes next year. (Aside from the possibility that they might focus on Amarin next year.)

Looks like GMMTV is evolving into a full-on production company, with these tie ups with other small production groups. Good for their talents coz it's about time to see the more senior artists do mature/more challenging roles and appear in primetime dramas. Hopefully they will retain English subs for international fans.

Starting next year, GMMTV series will air 7 days a week during primetime slots. For 2021, they'll be producing 6 BL series next year (this count might include "A Tale of Thousand Stars", which is already part of the 2020 line-up). Some of these might actually air on weeknight primetime.

For some reason each year, I always look forward to watching the trailers from GMMTV. I'm really impressed by this coming year's trailers. Some of them are different from the usual GMMTV style. Each year they are always stepping up their production game. Sometimes I feel that their production quality is better than some channels. I'm glad that they are changing the airing to 7 days a week. It is really hard waiting for that one episode per week. But are they going to be doing the two episodes per week airing for a single series like how most lakorns are? I'm still sad that some series I was looking forward to watching this year were cancelled. But I hope this management change will do good for GMMTV. I also want to see their senior/veteran actors and actresses play more mature/challenging roles as well. I'm sure that as they get older they want to play more diverse roles instead of student roles. But I've also noticed that most of them have that baby face, where they never age.

^ I dunno why "Devil Sister" was cancelled, but "Military of Love" was cancelled due to the current political climate in Thailand. That's also why "A Tale of Thousand Stars" had to be rewrote so that Earth's character is turned from a soldier to a forest ranger.

Still not sure what direction GMMTV intends to take as far as scheduling weeknight dramas is concerned. They can do MT and WTh dramas similar to the traditional format or if "Khun Mae Mafia" is a success they'll probably do 4 days a week drama.

If I were to do the programming, they can do

MT - series #1
WTh - series #2
F - series #3 (BL)
SatSun - series #4 (Both "The Sand Princess" and "WHO ARE YOU" did well rating-wise on this timeslot.)

Then limit to maximum of 16 episodes for twice a week dramas and 13 episodes for BL. Anything beyond that would stretch the plot thin.

Kik Mayurin was the only one listed here that wasn't announced in any of the projects. But I have a feeling she could be part of F4 Thailand (as n'ek Tu Tontawan's mom).

It's also weird that amongst the contract artists New has a poster, but doesn't have any project amongst the ones announced. I've read some comments though that GMMTV might announce some more projects next year. That would make sense, as number one they've done this in the past (some of the "surprise" projects were "Lovey Dovey" in 2016, "Fabulous 30 The Series" in 2017, "Our Skyy" in 2018, "My Gear and Your Gown", "I'm Tee, Me Too" and "Tonhon Chonlatee" this year). And number 2, I don't think 16 + 3 carryovers from 2020 would be enough to last for all of 2021 especially now that they'll be airing 7 days a week. Unless they'll stretch the episode count to say 20.

List is pretty much accurate haha. 2 dramas were missed though - "Never Too Late" and "The War of Flowers"

Shows that are most certainly confirmed to be part of GMMTV's 2021 lineup

- F4 Thailand (co-produced with Parbdee)
- 46 Days (co-produced with Kwang Keng Gang)
- Dtaem Rak (co-produced with Kwang Keng Gang) - "Mr. Lipstick"
- Ter Kao Ngao Kaen (co-produced with Anda99) - "An Eye for an Eye"
- Darling in Law (co-produced with Sparkling Blue Productions) - "Step Darling"
- untitled project co-produced with Sparkling Blue Productions - "Drag, I'm in Love"
- untitled project co-produced with GoodBoy Entertainment (their first collaboration) - "Irresistable"
- untitled project directed by Fonkanittha Kwanyu (previous projects include "Happy Birthday", "WHO ARE YOU") - She won't be directing any drama, but she'll be part of production team for "Baker Boys"
- untitled project directed by Film Pawis (previous projects include "Girl2K", which hasn't aired yet but finished shooting already) - "Enchante"
- untitled project directed by Backaof Noppharnach (previous projects include "Dark Blue Kiss", "Still 2gether" and currently shooting "A Tale of Thousand Stars") - "Bad Buddy"
- untitled project #1 co-produced with Trasher Bangkok (previous projects include "Friend Zone" both seasons and "3 Will be Free") - "Mama Gogo"
- untitled project #2 co-produced with Trasher Bangkok - "The Player"
- 6 BL series (some of which may have been mentioned already; Trasher Bangkok and Backaof are likely producing one; "A Tale of Thousand Stars" which is part of the 2020 lineup is likely counted here too) - Aside from "Enchante" and "Bad Buddy", we also have "Fish upon the Sky" and "Not Me"

Probably gonna be announced

- possibly another co-production with Parbdee (They do at least 2 dramas a year with GMMTV since 2018.) - Nothing else was announced

Rumoured

-Put Your Head on My Shoulder - Not announced; likely not under GMMTV
