Chapter 22-Trip to Japan
How come Zan their not here yet?” Steph ask Treesa.
“I don’t know either.” Treesa took her phone out and called Zan.
Treesa: ZAN! Where are you guys?
Zan: Sorry we can’t go with you girls.
Treesa: Why not?
Zan: Were at America right now.
Treesa: What! How did you guys over there? We just talked with you guys yesterday?
Zan: We had a call after talking with you guys so we had to go.
Treesa: Ok, fine.
Zan: Hope you understand. Got to go bye.
Treesa hung up and said, “There not coming.”
“Why not?” Rose ask.
“Their in America right now.” Treesa said.
“How?” Steph ask.
“They left after talking to us.”
“How come they didn‘t tell us earlier?” Kristy ask.
I guess they forgot.” Treesa shrug.
“We should get going. We don’t want to be late.” Janey they went in the plane.
“Cool hotel!” Kristy look around.
“We get a master suite!” Steph they ran to the room. “My bed now!”
“Ok, girls what should we do?” Rose ask.
“Oh, I found this list on my ticket.” Treesa said.
“He must of want us to do these things to keep us company.” Kristy said.
“Yeah, let’s see what’s first.” Treesa they look at the list.
“Shopping!!” They all jump.
“Let’s go.” Treesa they went to the mall.
“I’m going this way!” They split up and will meet again in a couple of hours. Treesa was looking at the shoes until she bump into someone.
“Hey!” They both said.
“What are you doing here?” They both said again. “No, I ask you first.“
“Stop copying me.” Treesa didn’t want to deal with it so she answer his question, “Zan we were suppose to come here.”
“Where’s Zan then?” He look around.
“He didn’t come.”
“Weird,” Mikay thought. “He told us the same thing. What’s he trying to do?” Treesa shrug and walk pass him.
“Where are you girls staying at?” He follow her.
“The hotel,”
“Which one?”
“I don’t know, just one.”
“Want to go eat?” Mikay was still following her.
“You pay!” She said it before he can.
“Fine!” They walk to the food court.
Kristy reached for a sunflower dress. Someone also did, too. That person snatched it before Kristy even touch it.
“Ken!?” She laughed at the way he held the dress. It was against his chest . He was looking at it through the mirror.
“What, are you a girl?” Ken flush red and replied, “It’s for my mother.”
“Your mother’s not as big as you. Are you sure you’re looking it for your mom or is it for you?” He narrow his eyes madly not taking the joke. She stop laughing and said, “I was just kidding. I’ll help you.” She went around the women’s section. “Let’s try a different store.” She suggested. He follows her.
“Here,” Kristy handed him a dress.
“Do you think my mom will like it?”
“She will,”
“I want to get her shoes too.”
“OK, we can go look.”
“Thanks,” Ken they left to the shoe store.
“You want to grab something to eat? I haven‘t eat all day.” Kristy held her stomach. “Sure.”: They both walk towards the food court.
“Hunny! Come here!” An old lady chased after Ice.
“AHH!! Help me J!” Ice ran for his life. J stood there watching the show and laugh hi s butt off. “No, this is the funniest show in Japan.” He went on laughing. Ice look around for a girl.
“Hun,” The lady grab ahold of his arm.
“Ice!?” Someone shout then laughed. J and Ice look at her.
“Rose?” J said before Ice could/ A light bulb came on Ice’s head.
“Miss..uh..my girlfriend is that girl. You see. I’m not your husband.” Ice tried taking his arms back.
“Liar! I don’t believe you.” She held tighter.
“Rose!” Ice called out. Rose was standing with J laughing at Ice.
“Mariane.” An old guy with a cane walk towards Ice. “You trying to steal my wife?” HE point the cane at Ice.
“No, she thought I was--” The guy whack Ice’s arm off the old lady. Ice yelped in pain. The old guy and the lady left. Rose and J laugh falling on the floor holding their stomach.
“That-.. That was so funny!” Rose laugh so hard she could barely talk.
“Thanks a lot for the help!” Ice cross his arms and stomp away.
“Your welcome!” Rose and J shout.
“Hey monkey freak,“ Janey said to Steph.
“Yeah!” They walk around.
“I heard there’s a big sale of monkies!” Steph’s eye widen and turn to her. “Where!” She jump up and down.
“At that store.” She pointed. Steph ran down the hall and hit someone. She turn to and it was Golf. They look at each other and then at the store. She push him a side to get in, he shove her back. They race towards the last one. The last one that was on sale was up high. Steph jumped for it. Golf bend over and took it with a smile. Steph held onto the other side of the giant monkey.
“Let go!” Golf pulled it.
“No! You !” They pulled back and forthwith all their might. The monkey’s arm both rip with the body dropping to the ground. They look at the monkey and arm.
“You did it!” They point to each other. The owner came over madly with fire in his eyes. “You two!” He point at them. “Come with me!” Them both were still holding onto the monkies arm. “Pay up now.” He was behind the counter.
“How much?” Golf hit Steph’s head.
“This isn’t Thailand, don’t speak Thai to him.”
“I know that. I’m asking how much is that monkey.” Steph rub her head. The owner said something in Japanese to Golf. “He said you pay $65 and I pay $45.”
“Liar! You pay $65! You were the one who held on the other end.”
“But you know I love monkies! And this one is special!” Steph use her puppy face.
“How? it’s just a monkey bear.”
“It’s from Japan and it has a frame for a picture!” Steph gave up and paid her bill. Golf paid for the other half. He took the monkey and caught up to Steph.
“You can have it. It’s not special anymore.” Steph said non-chantly. Steph headed where Janey was, by the food court.
“Did you get the monkey!?” She ask excitedly.
“No, Someone ripped it .” Janey’s smiled turn into a frown. She look over at over at Golf who was trying to stick the arms back on.
“Hey, how did you know that there was a big sale?” Steph and Janey waited in line.
“Hehe…” She lightly chuckle. “I studied Japanese for a while.”
“Hey! There’s Kristy and Ken with Treesa and Mikay!” Janey they walk towards their table.
“Wow! What a coincidence we all met here at the food courts.” Janey took the end of the seat. The boys were waiting for the rest of the guys.
“Where’s J and the other’s?” Kristy ask Ice.
“I don’t know I left him and Rose.” He answer. J then came and sat in between Steph and Janey.
“Wow!” Janey said looking at J.
“I know…” He fix himself.
“Check out that hottie!” Janey was looking way past him. The other girls turn to her direction.
“What a hunk!” They check the guy out.
“He’s not even good-looking.” Mikay was annoyed.
“Your just jealous we’re checking him out. “ Every girl in the building was looking at him as well.
“What would I be jealous of?”
“His hotness!” Treesa and Mikay fought non-stop.
“They never stop!” Steph said to Janey.
“Hey don’t check him out. I’m your bf here!” J was blocking her way.
“You are so not my BF!” Janey push him aside.
“I am!” J blocked her eyes this time.
“Keep your hands to yourself.” Janey pinched his hands.
“Ow!” J let go.
“That’s what you get. ”Janey laugh at him.
“The hottie already left.” Steph said.
“Man! It’s all your fault!” Janey hit J.
“So,” J rub his hands.
“Hey, Golf what’s up the monkey?” Mikay ask.
“It ripped so I’m trying to put it back.” Golf tried his best to put it back together.
“Let’s do something?” Ken ask.
“What?” Kristy answered.
“Let’s go to--I have no idea.” Ken stopped.
“How about we go biking!” Ice stood up.
“How can you go biking on the snow!?” Steph started to laugh.
“Duh, Ice” Rose hit his head.
“Ow! I forgot were in Japan.” Ice rub his head.
“Let’s just go home and take a nap!” Treesa yawned stretching.
“That’s you! I’m going to make my monkey sign.” Steph and Treesa walk ahead talking.
“I guess we’re going back to the hotel.” Janey ran to Steph and Treesa. Kristy and Rose wave bye to 10 club and they all split up.
“I want to see your monkey sign,” Janey look in the screen.
“I’m not done. Actually, I haven’t started.” Steph was on some graphical program.
“What!? So you lied to get away?”
“No, I thought of it and just said it out loud.” Steph and Janey were picking out which monkies were cuter.
“There’s over a billion channel, how am I suppose to find one?” Rose exaggerated. Kristy just shrug and watch Rose switch the channels back and forth.
“Just watch a channel!” Kristy said.
“I can’t there’s too many,” Rose flip through the channel once again.
“Watch that!”
“Cartoon channel?”
“Yeah,”
“No cartoon sucks. Let’s watch some dramas.” Rose picked the drama channel.
“Fine!” Kristy and Rose watch the drama.
“Look, that monkey’s cute!” Steph said to Janey.
“It is, you want it?”
“Nah, let’s pick another one.”
“Which one?”
“I’m not sure yet let’s look again.” Steph and Janey surf through the net again.
“That part was sad.” Kristy referred to the guy giving the girl his heart in the drama.
“It is,” Rose hugged the pillow. Steph and Janey stopped searching. Steph went to her room but Janey went to watch the drama with Rose and Kristy.
As soon as Mikay they got back to their hotel he called Zan. “Zan, What are you up to?” He put his hands on is hips.
“Nothing!” Zan laugh on the other end.
“I know what you’re up to and it’s not going to work!” Mikay hung up without letting Zan talk.
“What were you talking to Zan for?” Golf ask. Mikay told Him what Treesa said about Zan.
“So, J how are you going to make Janey go out with you?” Happy ask.
“”Threaten Steph,” J laugh evilly.
“What? Why?” They all shouted.
“Something you all will find out later.” They all nod while J laugh. “Talking about Janey, I need to call Steph for advice.” He ran to his room and called Steph.
J: Steph, give me some advice on how to get Janey?
Steph: What again?
J: You never gave me advices.
Steph: I do.
J: No, you gave me places to meet up.
Steph: Fine! First you need to give me an offer..
J: What!?
Steph: We both need to trade something, your taking my best friend.
J: I’ll track you Golf.
Steph: No, no need of him.
J: I’ll trade you that if you don’t give me some advice then I’ll tell Golf about you and your--
Steph: Go ahead! You can’t cause your on the phone with me!
J: I’ll just hang up.
Steph: okay!
J hung up. Steph laughed to herself. She hasn’t hung up yet. She could hear J dialing the numbers. There was no ringing. Steph came up with a brilliant idea.
J: Golf?
Steph in a deep voice: What’s up?
J: There’s something you need to know.
Steph: What, you’re in love with me? Not Janey?
J: No way! I’m not gay. It’s about Steph.
Steph: What, I don’t want her. She’s too bossy.
J: She doesn’t seem bossy.
Steph: Yeah-yeah go on what were you going to say before.
J: That all those monkies were given by Steph.
Steph: Are you sure? I know your lying stop joking around.
J: Seriously!! I’m not joking at all!
Steph: You’re just saying that so I’ll fall for her but it wont happen.
Steph was trying her hardest with the man-tone.
“Get cooking! And stop talking.” Rose smack Steph’s back.
“What!?” Steph turn towards Rose.
J: Stephanie!
Steph: Surprise!
J: Oh My gosh! You make me feel so stupid!!
Steph: What?
J: I thought we were back in Thailand.
Steph: Huh?
J: I could just go over and tell Golf!
He slowly said.
Steph: Okay! Stop! I’ll give you some advices. First, let me question her than I’ll tell you tomorrow.
J agree and they end the conversation.
“Yo man,” Shin said ghetto tone when J came out of his room.

“To get a girl you got to follow these rules.” He show him a list of things. J smirk and took the paper.
“You guys want to go to a party?” Mikay ask everyone.
“Who’s party?” Ice shout.
“My homies.” Mike shout back.
“Let’s get ready.” They all went to dress up.
