Roy Ruk Glaang Talay Sai - CH.1, 10/28/2014

For Adora, thank you for following the majority of my fanfictions. You've asked me to write this "Taam Hua Jai Bpai Sood Lah"- inspired story for a while and I've been dragging it due to the workload I've had. I know this is not the original plot of the story you had intended for me to write but it's the best I can come up with to make the story appear and seem more realistic/ readable. I would also like to apologize for the delay. In addition and conclusion, I'd like to thank you for requesting a story from me and being so specific of your ideas so that we can both share with others here what we've came up with.

I know that I've many, many FFs to complete but since this was requested by Adora, a fellow family member here on AF, I would like to fulfill that because writing is not something I love to do, but I'm sure that Adora wants to see her ideas put into words too. So...bear with me as I write this out. Thank you, everyone!

Thank you so much!!! :D I may end up being your only reader, but I hope it'll be enough to motivate you to continue writing! ^_^
And I thought TooMo were gonna be a pair, but oh, well. Haha. :p
Aww...haha! I can envision Kong and Mo will be a cute pair, that's why I casted him. Plus, I liked him in 4 Hua Jai with Nadech and the latter...so yeah...

He was in the 4 Hua Jai series?? I don't remember seeing him. Wait...are we talking about the same Kong who starred in Yah Leum Chan with Anne and Tik? Haha.
Lol. No, no. Kong Sarawit. He was in Thara Himalai. Remember when the brothers thought that he was gay and tried to prove it to their sister by each taking turns trying to get with him? Lol.

Chapter One

"2,000."
"800."
"2,000."
"800."
"Fine, 1,200."
"Absolutely not! Either 1,000 baht or I'll find someone else, perhaps a good samaritan."
"1,200 baht is 1,200 baht and good luck finding a good samaritan who will tow your car."
Arada bit her lip and threw her hands in the air out of annoyance. "Fine!" she barked.
"Then we have a deal," said the tow man.
"This is insane!" Arada complained to her best friend, Daranee. "The car garage is just down the street! Charging full price when they're just driving down to the next block."
If their expenditure continued to be in large amounts as this, it is likely they will be broke before reaching their destination.
"It's my fault that I didn't get my car inspected beforehand," said Daranee, standing on the curb with her arms folded. "I was in a hurry and was afraid I wouldn't be able to sneak you out."
It is indeed sad. It is pitiful that Arada, a grown 23-year old woman, has to secretly sneak out of her own house to go on vacation with her best friend. Even worse is the fact that for the past twenty something years, Arada was kept prisoner in her own home. She was never allowed to even walk out the door without having bodyguards at her side. She wasn't even allowed to go to school like normal people because her dear Uncle Boonlert had private instructors to educate her until she completed her schooling. He claimed that he did those things to protect her and that it was for her own safety. It was because Arada's parents were from an aristocratic background and after they had passed away, Uncle Boonlert became her only living relative, along with his son, Rangsan, who is Arada's older cousin.
Arada was just fortunate to meet Daranee. Their first encounter sparked from Arada running from her bodyguards and unintentionally switching bags with Daranee in the women's restroom in a shopping complex. They became best friends since because Daranee really did pity the poor Arada, who defines herself as a prisoner in her own home.
"It's not your fault," said Arada. "If it weren't for you, I don't think I'd even have any friends in my life."
"Well, let's just be friends forever then," said Daranee.
Arada sighed. She knew that their fate was near because whenever Loong Boon finds out Arada has run away, he will cancel all of her credit cards and send out the guards to escort her back home. Arada looked in her wallet. The cash that she had was probably only enough for one extravagant week of their vacation and if she was lucky, maybe two; however, if they were to vacation by less luxurious means, one month would probably be the maximum amount of time her cash will stretch.
"Stop worrying so much," said Daranee. "I have just enough money for everything. Besides, I'm sure my parents won't cancel my credit cards."
Even if that was the case, Arada did not feel better. It would only get her best friend in trouble.
"Done!"
Arada and Daranee rolled their eyes at the tow man, who signaled them over to confirm their business transaction. Before Daranee could reply, a black BMW sedan pulled up beside them with screeching brakes because the driver had parked so suddenly that it even caused black tire marks on the ground.
"P'San!" Arada recognized her older cousin at once.
"Damn it," said Daranee.
"How did you find us so quick?!" Arada blurted.
Rangsan ignored her question and instead turned to pay the tow man.
"Pee krub, please take this car to this address," Rangsan handed him a piece of white paper with black writing.
"Krub," said the tow man, who immediately got into his tow truck.
When the tow guys were out of sight, Rangsan turned to the two women and their belongings on the curb. He shook his head and hauled them into the trunk of his car.
"Get in," Rangsan opened the back door of his car for pair of friends, who sadly slid into the back seat. "Where are we going?"
He closed his own door with a gentle thump and looked into the rearview mirror.
"Where are we going?" he asked again.
"You found us," said Arada. "I'm guessing you're taking us home."
"You just graduated," Rangsan began. "Going on vacation before beginning your career is a good thing. It should relax your body, mind, and soul. I could use a vacation too."
He took his shades off, turned around, and smiled at them.
"So, where to ladies?" he asked.
The girls' faces lit up and they both replied, "Phuket."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A few thousand miles from Phuket, South of Thailand, lies a beautiful kingdom in the middle of mountains southwest of the country. The Kingdom of Ahrasoud is situated in the desert, where trees and plant life are almost non-existent and the hot sun peaks over the mountains onto the backs of the desert people.
Today's forecast is the same, consistent as it had been for the past many years since the kingdom was struck by war from neighboring kingdoms. There is the hot sun, sizzling sand, and devastation among the the majority of the Ahrasoud peoples.
"I cannot bear to see my people like this any longer," a young man on a camel atop the mountainside, confides to his bodyguard next to him as the two are overlooking the kingdom and palace. "Toraj, do you know what my father is up to? I found out this morning that he announced to the guards no one is to enter the city and no one is to leave unless granted his permission. Without trade with nearby peoples, our people will soon perish."
"This is temporary, Your Highness Rashid," replies the Royal Guard Toraj. "I hear that he is looking for someone in Thailand. Once the person has been found, trading actitivies as well as everything else will be resumed."
"Sacrificing the entire kingdom to search for one person," said Rashid. "What a cruel act. This kingdom is in devastation. Just who could this person be?"
"The person is supposedly the savior of our kingdom, who will revive, replenish, and reconstruct Ahrasoud," replies Toraj. "Legend has it that since the war began many years ago, this person somehow escaped to Thailand."
"I am beginning to wonder, Toraj, who this amazing person could be," said Rashid.
"My prince, we will all know when the time comes," Toraj promises. "We all know better than to get into the King's way. In times like this, it is better to steer clear of any troubles."
Prince Rashid stares into the distance at his beloved kingdom. Who could it be that is more dependable than royal authorities of the palace? Was even Prince Rashid himself just a useless royal being who could never prove his abilities and strengths? Only time will tell but time is limited.
