Chapter 4:
“Gun!” gasped Dao.
“Now I caught you,” smiled Gun, “Don’t think you could ever lie to me, because you can’t…And you (turns toward Tawan) will never ever get Peung back again.”
“No!” yelled Tawan, “You can’t keep her from me forever. Why Gun? Please let me have Peung back. I promise you I will do anything for you if I get Peung back.”
“Hmmm,” laughed Gun, “Let me see. NO!”
“You,” said Tawan, “Had turned into someone evil. Why can’t you just give up and let us be friends again?”
“You want me to give up?” asked Gun with a dirty look, “How about you give up? You just want to win Peung. I know Tawan; no one can lie to me.”
“Gun, please,” said Dao.
“You…” said Gun, “Shut your mouth. This is none of your business. Stop getting into people’s problem will you?”
“NO!” yelled Dao as she grabbed onto Gun and held him.
“Go Tawan,” yelled Dao, “GO!”
Tawan started running towards the elevators waiting for the door to open. As soon as it opens, Tawan rushed in and closed the door swiftly.
“You!” yelled Gun, “Let me go! You’re so annoying!”
“So!” yelled back Dao holding on as tight as she can, “You’re going to ruin his love.”
“Do you think I would care?” yelled Gun.
Gun tried to let go by taking Dao’s hands off, but that didn’t work.
“What am I going to do?” thought Gun, stressing out.
“Gun, please,” Dao begged him.
“NO!!!” yelled Gun as he pushed his hands toward Dao’s shoulder and thrusts Dao toward the huge flower pot in the corner.
Dao flew toward the flower pot and bumped her head on the hard part of the pot as the pot cracked.
Gun didn’t care about Dao as he ran up the stairs, trying to catch up with Tawan.
Dao opened her eyes slowly and felt the blood dripping onto her hands. She felt like crying and was about to faint.
All she remember (as she starts to faint) is the sound of nurses gathering around her and taking her into the emergency room.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tawan was really stressing because he was still in the elevator. Eventually, as the elevator moves up, more people starts to get in and going to different places.
“Come on,” thought Tawan, “I’ve got to get there before Gun does.”
Finally the doors opened. As Tawan stepped out, he saw Gun appearing from the stairs, running out of breath.
“Oh no,” thought Tawan as he started running toward Peung’s room.
Gun ran as fast as he can and grabbed Tawan’s hood of his sweater. Gun punched him and Tawan fell to the ground.
Tawan stood up and pushed Gun away and started toward Peung’s room again.
“Even if you tried to get in,” yelled Gun from behind, “You won’t be able to get in.”
Tawan turned around, wiping the little blood from his lips, “What do you mean?”
Gun let out a small laugh, “I told the securities to watch Peung’s room. I also told them to not let anyone in until they get my permission. That means YOU, mister, will never get to go in.”
“What?” said Tawan in disbelief.
“Yes,” laughed Gun, “You heard me.”
Tawan shook his head and ran toward Peung’s room. As he got there, he realizes that Gun was telling the truth. Two securities were standing there, guarding the room.
Gun came from behind Tawan, “Well, well…Got any last words?”
“NO…” said Tawan as he walked slowly toward Peung’s room.
“You can’t go in,” said the securities.
“I’ve got to go in,” said Tawan, filling with grief, “Please.”
The securities looked behind Tawan and realized that Gun was shaking his head, no.
“Sorry,” said the securities.
Gun smiled, “Take him out guys. If you guys ever see him again, kick him out! Understand?”
“Yes, sir,” said the securities and grabbed Tawan by the arms.
“No,” yelled Tawan, “You can’t do this.”
“Yes I can,” smirked Gun, “Take him out, now!”
The securities nodded and pulled away Tawan.
“No, Please,” Gun can hear Tawan’s voice echo in the hallways.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The securities threw Tawan onto the stairs of the hospital, “Remember, if we see you by Peung’s room again, you’ll die.”
Tears came rolling down Tawan’s eyes.
Throughout the whole day, Tawan walked around the town, crying.
“Why?” thought Tawan, “What’s happening to me?”
As night came by, the sky starts to rain as Tawan stood in the streets not wanting to do anything.
The rain fell hard as it pounds against Tawan’s back.
“Life isn’t worth anything now,” said Tawan, “Let me die!”
He dropped down to the puddles on the ground and cried.
Tawan cried and cried until he can’t cry anymore. Tawan was so tired that he fainted in the streets.
As a young lady walked by, she saw Tawan sleeping in the streets.
“Hmm,” wondered the lady, “Should I just walk home or help him?”
Suddenly, she saw a car turn around the corner heading for Tawan.
“Oh no,” gasped the lady as she ran into the streets with her arms spreading wide open with her body shaped like a “T.”
The car screeched to a stop as the driver stepped out and yelled at her, “Are you crazy? What are you doing? You could have been killed and I could have gone to jail you know? Move away, I’m in a hurry.”
“Sorry,” said the lady, “It’s just…it’s just, my boyfriend got drunk and he became unconscious so yeah, sorry.”
“Hurry,” yelled the driver, “I’ve got no time.”
“Alright,” nod the lady.
She walked toward Tawan and putted his arms around hers as she tried to carry him. Since her house isn’t too far from there, it was easy for her to get Tawan without being too tired.
When she got home, she laid Tawan on the bed and started to wipe him with a clean, wet towel.
“Hmm,” said the lady, “I wondered what happened.”
She left Tawan in the house for a while and ran outside to go and buy some guy clothes.
When she got back, she replaced Tawan’s clothes quickly and covering her eyes when she need to.
“Whew,” she said, “Got that part done.”
She wrapped a blanket around Tawan and watched him for a while. She smiled and set up her own place to sleep on the ground by the bed.
Throughout the whole night, she kept hearing Tawan repeat this word: Peung.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Gun was in the room with Peung, watching her. He walked over to where Peung was laying down and smiled.
“Soon, you’ll be mine,” said Gun. He gazed at Peung a few more times until he gets ready for bed.
“Hmm,” said Gun, “Hope you wake up soon.”
As Gun was about to close his eyes, he heard Peung.
“Tawan,” whispered Peung, “Tawan.”
“What?” said Gun, “You’ll never get Tawan again. Soon you’ll have me.”
Gun smiled and ran out the door to call the nurse.
The doctor came in and checked on Peung. Gun leaned over to see what the Doctor was doing. Gun realized that Peung’s eyes were open.
“What’s going on?” said Gun, “Someone please tell me.”
The Doctor shook his head and told Gun to come to his office.
“Eventually, Peung’s a little unconscious right now. Probably tomorrow she’ll be back to her old self, but there’s only one problem,” said the Doctor.
“What is it?” asked Gun, waiting to hear the news.
“She’s going to forget everything. Her memory will be gone. For one thing, she’s still have her memory, but it is like lost in her brain. If you take her somewhere she’s been before, she’ll be likely to remember,” said the Doctor.
“She forgot her memory?” asked Gun with astonishment.
“Is there anything wrong?” asked the Doctor.
“No,” said Gun, “Thanks.”
The Doctor nodded and Gun walked out the door.
“Yes!” thought Gun, “My chance has come. I WILL be able to get Peung. My plan has worked!”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The next morning Tawan woke up, seeing a beautiful young lady sleeping below next to him.
“What happened?” thought Tawan.
The lady starts to open her eyes and looked up at Tawan.
“Whoa,” said the lady, “Sorry, I didn’t know you were already awake.”
“What happened?” asked Tawan.
“I saw you in the streets. You almost got hit by a car but then I came to help you,” said the lady.
“Really?” asked Tawan, “Thank you so much! I owe you.”
“By the way,” said the lady, “What’s your name? I haven’t gotten it yet, and who’s Peung?”
“Uh…” said Tawan, “I’ll tell you about Peung later. My name is Tawan Wisetkaew, and you?”
The lady smiled, “My name is Peechaya Wattanamontree. You can call me Min.”

Chapter 5:
“Peung, are you alright?” asked Gun.
“Who are you?” asked Peung, confused.
“Um,” Gun hesitated, “My name is Gun and I’m your boyfriend. Don’t you remember me, honey?”
“Really?” said Peung, “What happened to me?”
“It’s a pretty long story,” smiled Gun, “You got hit by a car. That’s why you forgot everything. I’ll be sure to bring it back. Alright?”
Peung smiled back at Gun, “Alright.”
Gun kissed Peung on the forehead and turned toward the door.
“Oh,” said Gun, turning back, “By the way, if anyone by the name of Tawan came and talk to you, just ignore that person.”
“Why?” asked Peung, “And who’s Tawan?”
“It’s just this one crazy guy. He really likes you and he’s just trying to steal you away from me. Don’t let that happen,” smiled Gun.
“Okay,” said Peung, “I’ll do what you say.”
Gun smiled and walked out the door.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Thanks for everything,” said Tawan.
“Oh, it’s nothing much,” said Min, “Would you like me to take you home?”
“It’s too much,” said Tawan, “I could go home by myself.”
“Are you sure?” asked Min, worried, “You haven’t got any better.”
“Yes, I’m sure,” said Tawan as he walked out the door.
Min watched out the window as Tawan walked away. As Min was about to turn away, Tawan slipped by the sidewalk.
Min gasped and ran outside as fast as she could.
“Are you okay?” asked Min, helping Tawan up.
“Yes,” said Tawan, “I’m just feeling a little dizzy. That’s all.”
“I’ll walk you home,” said Min, “Please. I don’t want to see you suffer like this.”
Tawan nodded as Min held onto him and both walked to Tawan’s house.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dao woke up knowing that no one will come and visit her. She rose up slowly and walked out the room. She was planning to go to Peung’s room to see what was happening there.
Dao kept on stumbling as she tries to make her way there. When she got to Peung’s room, she looks into the door window to see if there was any news on Peung.
She heard laughing from the room and she peeked in and saw Gun feeding Peung.
“What’s happening?” wondered Dao in confusion, “Why is Peung so into Gun now?”
Dao stood by the doors, drowning in tears.
“Excuse me, ma’am,” said the doctor, “Could you move out? I need to check on Peung.”
Dao looked up and started shaking the doctor, “What happened to Peung? Why did she change all of a sudden?”
The doctor sighed, “Sorry. I can’t tell. Gun won’t let me.”
“Please,” said Dao, “Please tell me.”
“Sorry,” said the doctor as he opened the door and closed it quickly before Dao comes in.
Dao was by the door, trying to listen to what the doctor was telling Gun. All she heard was “Come here, Gun. I need to talk to you about Peung.”
Dao heard footsteps walking towards the door so she ran away to go hide from them. Dao watched as the doctor and Gun disappear into the doctor’s room.
Dao smiled as she walked into Peung’s room. Peung gasped as she turns around and sees a stranger.
“Who are you?” asked Peung, afraid, “Gun!”
“Please, Peung,” said Dao, “You don’t remember me?”
“Who are you?” asked Peung, again.
“I’m your best friend, Peung. I’m Dao,” said Dao.
“Really?” said Peung, feeling better.
“Yes,” Dao smiled, “We’ve been best friends ever since we were young.”
Dao came and sat next to Peung, “So are you alright?”
“Um,” said Peung, “Yes. Also, I didn’t know my boyfriend was this sweet.”
“Your boyfriend?” asked Dao, confused, “Is it Tawan?”
“No,” yelled Peung, “It’s Gun. Gun also said that Tawan is a bad person.”
“Wait,” said Dao, “What?”
“Isn’t Gun my boyfriend? That’s what he said to me,” said Peung.
“Hold on,” said Dao, “So you lost your memory?”
“Gun said that I lost my memory,” said Dao, “He said that he’ll try to fix it back.”
“No,” said Dao, “Gun is the bad person, not Tawan. You shouldn’t trust Gun.”
“Why?” asked Peung, confused.
“Because...” Dao started as the door swing open.
“Dao,” yelled Gun, “What are you doing?”
“Gun,” gasped Dao.
“Security!” yelled Gun.
The security ran to Gun, “Sorry, sir. I was getting a snack and I forgot to watch Peung.”
“What kind of security would do that?” yelled Gun, “Go get Dao.”
“You can’t,” said Dao, “I’m a patient too. Don’t you see what I’m wearing?”
Dao pointed to her pink clothes that she has to wear in the hospital.
The nurses came into the room, “Dao, what are you doing? Your head isn’t even well yet.”
“No,” said Peung, “Please Gun. Don’t take Dao out. She’s my best friend.”
“What?” said Gun in disbelief, “Dao’s not your best friend.”
“What?” said Peung, confused.
“That’s not true,” said Dao, “Gun’s lying. I have proof, Peung. If you don’t believe me, I’ll show you.”
“No,” said Gun, “Don’t.”
“Gun, I don’t care okay?” said Peung, “All I care is that I at least have a best friend like Dao that cares about me. She came and visit me even though she’s still sick. Even if we weren’t best friends before, we can still be best friends now.”
Dao smiled, “Thanks, Peung.”
Peung rose up slowly, walked toward Dao, and hugged her.
“We are officially best friends,” smiled Peung.
“Yes,” said Dao as the nurses took her back to her room.
Dao smirked at Gun as she walked past him.
“My plan is going to get ruin,” thought Gun, “What should I do next?”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Thank you so much again,” said Tawan, “I really owe a lot to you.”
“It’s alright,” said Min, “You can ask me anytime.”
“Before you leave,” said Tawan, “Do you want anything to eat?”
“Oh, I’m fine,” said Min, “Just taking care of you is enough for me already.”
“Oh,” said Tawan, “That’s good to hear.”
Min was blushing as her cheeks turned as red as a rose.
“Well,” said Min, “I’m going to go back home. If you need anything, just call me.”
Min gave Tawan her home and cell phone number as Tawan did the same.
“Nice meeting you by the way,” smiled Tawan.
Min nodded and walked out the door.
“Am I falling for him?” Min thought along the way home.
Chapter 6:
*knock knock*
Dao was interrupted while reading her book, “Um, who’s there?”
“It’s just me,” Dao heard Peung.
Dao stood up and walked toward the door. As she opened it, she saw Peung standing there, smiling her sweet smile directly back at Dao.
“Oh hey Peung,” Dao said in the nicest way.
“Hi,” replied Peung, “So watcha doing?”
“Just reading,” said Dao, “So why did you come and visit me?”
“Just checking if you’re alright,” said Peung, “Well, are you?”
“Yea,” said Dao, “I just feel a little dizzy, that’s all. So where’s Gun?”
“He says that he’s going to go get something for me to eat,” said Peung.
“Oh,” said Dao.
“Um,” said Peung, in a cautiously way, “Can I ask you something?”
“What?” said Dao.
“Well,” said Peung, “I have more than just one question.”
“Alright,” said Dao, “Just tell me.”
All of a sudden, Peung blurted out everything without thinking first, “Are you really my best friend in the past? Is Gun really my boyfriend? Is Tawan really that bad? Who am I, really?”
Dao sighed, “I’ll be planning to tell you when it’s the right time. Peung, I AM your best friend in the past. Really. Believe me, or not? It’s just what you think inside your heart.”
“Well,” said Peung, “You said you have proof remember? Show me the proof when we get back home.”
“I’ll be sure to,” said Dao, “And about the other questions you’ve asked me...”
“Yea? What about it?” asked Peung.
“Trust me, Peung. Don’t listen to what Gun is telling you. He’s a really bad person. Tawan is the nicest person you’ll ever meet,” said Dao.
“Really?” said Peung, “I’ve been dreaming of this one guy lately. I don’t know who he is, but I think it’s Tawan.”
“I think it IS,” said Dao, “Please listen to me, Peung. Do you love me as your best friend?”
“Yes,” said Peung, confused.
“Then you got to trust me,” said Dao, “Gun is not your…”
The door busted open.
“Oh,” said Gun, “Sorry to interrupt. Peung, are you alright? I was so worry about you. You look better today, and so beautiful.”
“Hmph,” Dao made a sound.
“Well,” smiled Peung, “I have to go now, Dao. Thanks for the information, best friend.”
“Information?” thought Gun.
Gun helped Peung walk to the door and walk back into Peung’s room.
Dao sighed, “Gun, why do you always have to be there whenever I’m about to revealed something?”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Min woke up by her alarm, “Ugh, I got to get to work or I’m going to be late.”
Min got dressed and ready to go to work, but then she remembered Tawan, “I wonder how he’s doing right now? Maybe I should visit him along the way.”
Min walked out the door and heard the doorbell ring. She went toward the gate and saw a young man.
“Sorry, ma’am for bringing your car in late,” said the man.
“Oh, it’s okay,” said Min, “Are you sure you fixed my car well enough?”
“Yes, ma’am,” said the man.
“Alright, thanks,” replied Min.
Min watched as the man walked away and disappear into the distance.
“Finally,” said Min, “I got my car back! Now I don’t have to walk anymore. It’s so much easier to get to Tawan now.”
Min got into her car and smiled the whole way to go see Tawan.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Um, Peung?” said Gun, so curious about what Dao told Peung that he just HAD to ask her what it’s about.
“Yes, Gun,” said Peung.
“Can I ask you something?” stuttered Gun.
“Well, sure,” said Peung, “What is it?”
“What kind of information did Dao told you?” blurted out Gun.
“Um,” said Peung, “It’s nothing, really.”
“Are you sure?” said Gun, “If you lie to me, my whole world will end. It’s like you torturing me by cutting up my flesh.”
“Gun,” said Peung, “Don’t say that. Please.”
“Then please tell me,” said Gun, trying to be innocent, “Please, Peung. If you really love me, then please tell me.”
“Gun…” said Peung.
Gun held Peung’s hands and looked right into her eyes, trying to look as cute and innocent as possible.
“Aww, Gun,” smiled Peung, “Don’t give me that look.”
“Please,” Gun said, showing a little frown on his face.
“I can’t refuse that look,” said Peung, “Fine.”
Gun stood up and sat beside Peung on the bed, “What did she tell you?”
Peung sighed, “Dao told me that she is really my best friend and stuff. She also said that Tawan is a really nice person and that you are a really bad person. Dao also told me not to trust you at all. Gun, I’m confused. What is the truth? Please tell me the truth. Should I trust you, Gun?”
Gun stared in disbelief, “Don’t trust Dao at all. Whatever Dao say, don’t believe her. Period.”
“But Gun, I don’t want to hurt her feelings. She’s my best friend,” said Peung.
“Peung, who do you choose? It’s either me or Dao,” said Gun.
“I don’t know,” sighed Peung, “I don’t know who’s right or wrong. Just let time decide when the truth will be revealed.”
Gun thought for a second, “I have proof that you’re my girlfriend, Peung. I really do.”
“Really?” said Peung.
Gun took out his wallet and search through his wallet size photos.
“Yes,” Gun thought as he finally found a picture where Peung was hugging Gun. It was just really a friend hug back when Gun and Tawan were still friends, but at that time, both also have crushes on Peung. Gun decided to trick Peung with the picture.
“See,” Gun took out the picture to show Peung.
Peung slowly take the picture out of Gun’s hand and observed it. She turned the photo to the back and she realized the date was a year ago.
“We have been together for this long?” asked Peung.
“Well, yes,” said Gun, “We really love each other. That’s why we never broke up.
“Wow,” said Peung as she rose up to hug Gun, “We are together!”
Gun was impressed that Peung actually believed him, “We ARE together, always and forever.”
Peung smiled happily, “I’m so glad I have you.”
Both were so happy that they didn’t realize Dao was watching from the window. She rolled her hands into a tight fist with tears rolling down her cheeks. (Security is not on his duty again ^_^)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Min stopped her car in front of Tawan’s house. She walked up to the gate and ringed the doorbell.
“Hmm,” said Min, “What’s taking him so long?”
Min tried to open the gate, but it was lock. She just kept on shaking them, but it wouldn’t work. As she was about to climb, Tawan came out.
“Whew,” whispered Min, “Glad he’s alright.”
“Sorry for taking so long,” said Tawan, “I was still asleep but then I looked out the window and realize you were there, so I came.”
“Oh, it’s alright,” said Min, “You feeling better?”
“Yes,” said Tawan, while trying to open the gate for Min, “there. I got the gate to open.”
Min walked in and both walked side by side toward Tawan’s house.
“So why are you here?” asked Tawan, curious.
“Oh,” said Min, “I was on my way to work, but then I decided to come visit you for a while.”
“Thanks,” said Tawan, “but aren’t you going to be late for work?”
“No,” smiled Min, “At my workplace, being late isn’t much of a problem.”
“Where do you work at?” asked Tawan.
“At the downtown hospital,” said Min, “I’m a doctor. Sorry, I forgot to mention that yesterday.”
Tawan’s eyes widened, “Really? You’re a doctor? At the downtown hospital?”
“Um, yes,” said Min, “Is there a problem?”
“Oh no,” smiled Tawan, “That’s pretty cool.”
“Well, okay then,” said Min, “I have to go to work. I’ll see you later. Bye!”
“Alright,” smiled Tawan.
While Min walked her way back toward the gate, Tawan thought, “Yes, that’s where Peung is at. I could ask Min to do a favor for me over there, but that also means that I’m using her. I don’t want to do that.”
Tawan sighed as he walked up the front porch stairs. All of a sudden, he started to feel dizzy, “What’s happening? Min!”
Min turned around as she was about to get into her car, “Tawan!”
Tawan closed his eyes tightly and then opened them back up again, but it wouldn’t work. Everything started to get blurry. Before he knew it, he was already on the ground. Everything starts to fade from his eyes as he realized he has fainted.
“Tawan,” yelled Min again, as she tried to help Tawan up, “Are you okay?”
Min felt Tawan’s heart if it was still beating and it still is beating. She also checked to see if Tawan was still breathing and he still is.
“Yes,” said Min, “He was just unconscious.”
“Hold on,” Min felted Tawan’s forehead and realize it was burning hot.
“Whoa,” said Min, worried, “I’ve got to get him to the hospital. He is really sweaty.”
Min tried as hard as she can to carry Tawan into the back seat of her car and drove Tawan all the way to the downtown hospital.

Chapter 7:
“Doctor Min, where were you?” asked a nurse as Min walked into the hospital, calling the other nurses to come and get Tawan.
“Um,” said Min, “I was busy.”
Min watched as the nurses took Tawan out of the car and laid him on the bed with the wheels.
“Tell me when you guys are finished checking Tawan,” Min told the nurses, “I need to see him afterwards.”
The nurses nodded and walked off. Min sighed and went back to checking her patients.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Peung,” yelled Gun, “Guess what?”
“What?” smiled Peung, “Is it good news or bad news?”
“Good news,” Gun smiled back, “The doctor said that you’ll be able to get out of the hospital tomorrow. Isn’t that great?”
“Yes,” said Peung, “How about Dao?”
“Dao?” asked Gun, “No need to care about her. I think she is all good.”
“Please,” said Peung, “If you don’t go check on her then I will.”
Peung began to take off the blanket.
“Fine, fine,” said Gun, “I’ll go check on her, but promise me you’ll stay here until I come back.”
“Alright,” said Peung.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dao was in her room, taking off her patient clothes and trying to wear her normal clothes.
“Yes,” said Dao, “The doctor said that I can go home today.”
When Dao was about to finish dressing, the door slammed open. Dao looked up and realized it was Gun.
“Gun!” yelled Dao, “Get out. I’m still dressing.”
Gun let out a small laugh, “Do you really think I would want to see your stuff?”
Dao covered herself and ran to the restroom in her room.
Gun went to go sat on Dao’s bed, waiting for her.
When Dao finished dressing, she came back out and yelled at Gun, “Don’t you know I was dressing? What kind of person are you? Get out!”
“Hmm,” smiled Gun, “Peung asked me to come and check on you, so I did. Well, it seems like you’re going to be going home today.”
“So,” snickered Dao, “It’s not your business anyways.”
Gun pulled Dao towards the wall, “What kind of plan are you making on Peung?”
Dao smiled, “Nothing.”
“Don’t dare give me that look,” said Gun.
“Well,” Dao pushed Gun away from her, “I’ve got my own plans. I’ll never let Peung fall into your hands. Peung will know the truth one day that you’re not her boyfriend. Even though you try to delete her memory, it’ll still be somewhere inside her head.”
“Whatever,” said Gun, “What kind of plans are you going to be doing?”
“You don’t need to know,” said Dao, as she gets her stuff, “Just keep on watching and you’ll see what I can do.”
Dao gave Gun a little smirk and walked out the door.
Gun was really angry as he ran out the door, following Dao, “You better not do anything or I’m going to do something bad to you.”
Dao laughed, “Like what? With your so-called girlfriend, you can’t do you anything to me.”
“You…” Gun letted out.
“Like I said, Gun,” smiled Dao, “Just keep on watching.”
“Hold on,” said Gun, “Where are you going?”
Dao turned around, “To visit Peung for a while. Why? You want to come?”
“No!” yelled Gun, “You’re not going over there!”
Gun threw his arms around Dao’s waist, trying to take her downstairs.
“Stop!” yelled Dao, “Help, anyone help me!”
“Shut your mouth,” whispered Gun as he placed his hands around Dao’s babbling mouth.
“Mmmm,” Dao tried to get out. She decided to try and kick Gun.
As Dao started kicking Gun, his fingers came off Dao’s mouth and she started yelling again, “Help!”
“You!” yelled Gun, “Stop!”
Dao finally freed herself and tried to run away again but Gun grabbed her hand again.
“Help!” yelled Dao as she pushed Gun away.
“Stop yelling!” yelled Gun as he tries to get hold of her again.
Dao pushed Gun as hard as she could. Before she knew it, Gun fell on the floor. Gun tried to stand up again, but Dao kicked the bottom part of Gun and he fell to the floor again.
“Why you?” moaned Gun, “It hurts!”
“Haha,” laughed Dao, “That’s what you get.”
Dao began walking away towards Peung’s room, but before that, she turned around and stick out her tongue at Gun.
Dao began laughing really hard along the way.

“I’ve got to get in,” Peung heard someone right outside her door, “I’m her best friend, please.
“Hmm,” thought Peung, “Is that Dao?”
“Don’t let her in,” Peung heard another voice said, “Security, take her out. She’s not a patient anymore.”
“No!” someone yelled.
“It is Dao,” said Peung, “Why is Gun doing this to her?”
Peung walked to the door and opened it. She realized that the security was pulling Dao away as Gun was watching them.
“What are you guys doing?!” said Peung.
“Peung, please help me,” said Dao, “Gun is being mean to me!”
“No,” said Gun, “She is the one being mean to me. She kicked my…”
Peung cut Gun off, “I don’t want to hear about it.”
“I only did that because Gun won’t let me visit you, Peung,” cried Dao, “I only care about you. I told Gun that I wanted to come in, but instead, he tried to beat me up.”
Peung looked at Gun in disbelief, “How could you?”
“No, it’s not, she’s…” blurted out Gun.
Peung sighed, “Come on in Dao. I don’t know why Gun won’t let you visit me but I would really appreciate it if you do.”
Dao and Peung smiled at each other.
“Security,” said Peung, “If Dao wants to come in, please let her.”
“Um,” the security looked at Gun for a while, “Sure.”
“But Peung,” said Gun, “Dao’s lying.”
Peung ignored Gun and walked back into her room with Dao following her.
Dao smiled at Gun while walking past him into the room.
Peung went back under the covers while Dao sat on Peung’s bed beside her.
“So are you going to be going home today?” ask Peung.
“Well, yea,” smiled Dao, “When are you going home?”
“Tomorrow,” Peung smiled back.
“That’s wonderful,” said Dao, “Are you excited?”
“Kind of,” said Peung, “I don’t really know.”
Gun was just sitting in the corner, listening to the ladies talk.
“Well,” said Dao, “I want to ask you something but I’m afraid you’ll say no.”
“What is it then?” smiled Peung, “How would you know I’ll say no anyways?”
“I was wondering,” Dao stole a glance at Gun, “if you would let me watch you today too. I could be your body guard.”
Peung and Dao laughed together.
“Of course,” said Peung, “I don’t think Gun would mind either. He’s been taking care of me ever since I woke up, right Gun?”
Gun glared at Dao, “Right.”
“Yay,” said Dao, “We are really best friends!”
“Dao?” ask Peung, “I want to take a look around the hospital and around their garden. Can you take me? I can be in a wheelchair if you want.”
“Sure,” said Dao, “I’ll be glad to.”

“Doctor Min,” said the nurse, “Tawan’s awake now. He just has a little fever, that’s all.”
“Oh okay,” said Min, “Thanks. By the way, which room is Tawan in?”
“I’ll show you the way,” said the nurse as she led Min into Tawan’s room.
Min opened the door to see Tawan looking right back at her.
Min smiled, “Are you alright, Tawan?”
“Oh, yes. I’m fine,” said Tawan.
“That’s nice to hear,” said Min, “Eventually, you have a little fever so you have to take care of yourself too.”
Tawan smiled, “Alright. So is this the downtown hospital that I’m in?”
“Yes,” said Min, “By the way, I will be taking care of you. If you need anything, just ask me.”
“Thanks,” said Tawan, “Well, I just need to get some fresh air. That’s all.”
“Okay,” said Min, “Stay here. I’ll go get a wheelchair.”
Tawan nodded and smiled at Min as she walked out the door. Tawan sighed, “I wonder how you are doing, Peung. Hope you’re alright.”
“I’m back,” smiled Min as she pops into the door, “The wheelchair is out here. I’ll come and try to help you get over here.”
Min helped Tawan to stand up and walked slowly to the wheelchair.
“Be careful,” said Min.
When Tawan got himself situated and comfortable in the wheelchair, both went outside.
“Don’t you just love the view?” said Min.
Tawan smelled the fresh air, “Yes. I love nature.”
“Really?” laughed Min, “I love nature too!”
“That’s great,” exclaimed Tawan, “Maybe one day we could go somewhere and observe nature.”
“True,” said Min.
Tawan turned around and realized there were other people too.
“Who’s them?” asked Tawan.
“Oh, don’t worry. It’s just other patients,” said Min.
“Could you take me over there?” asked Tawan.
“Sure,” smiled Min as she turned the wheelchair the other way and started toward the other people.
“Hmm,” thought Tawan, “That laugh over there sounds so familiar. It sounds like….”
Tawan looked up and realized it was Peung.
“Peung…” whispered Tawan, gazing at Peung from a distance.
Min looked at Tawan, “Peung?”
Flashbacks came back to Min as she remembered when Tawan was calling Peung’s name in his dream. Tawan still haven’t told her anything about Peung.
“Peung,” said Tawan again.

“Nature is so pretty!” laughed Peung.
“I know right,” said Dao, “It’s the most beautiful thing.”
Gun stared in boredom at Peung and Dao. He has to keep an eye on Dao in case she tells Peung the truth.
Dao was looking around until she spied Tawan, “Tawan.”
Peung looked up at Dao after hearing Tawan’s name. She turned in the direction that Dao was looking and saw a man, just like the one in her dreams, “Tawan?”
Memories of Tawan fade in and out of Peung’s head.

Peung moaned. Dao smiled. Tawan smiled. Min confused. Gun gasped.
