tsk tsk Ya girls are funny. I found the answer in less then a minute.
So check this out.
I did a google search for "download youtube" (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=download+youtube)
And the first result on the list is this. (http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php)
Now I tested out the link and it works. Now I must say I'm pretty impressed with that little php code this guy wrote. Kinda wish I was smart enough for something like that.
Anyway like he says.. just paste the youtube video into it. After you get the file rename it with flv extension.. (ie video --> video.flv)
Oh yea when you add the video don't put the whole thing in including the search.
So if you wanted to dl that green rose video (http://www.youtube.com/w/Green-Rose---Just?v=YoQKhg4KYcU&search=green%20rose)
Take out the search stuff and you're left with
(http://www.youtube.com/w/Green-Rose---Just?v=YoQKhg4KYcU)
Put that code in and press the button and voila you get the video.

Did you also rename the file? to video.flv from video
Here i'll give you guys some example.
If the file you dled was
song then rename it to song.flv
time then rename it to time.flv
or you can open it in the player

Does anyone know how to covert .flv to wmv file. I read from this web site that said you can use vlc player to convert it but i don't know how. :blink:

does these programs need like money in order for them to work thoroughly??
when i dled a program called replay converter...it only converted like half of the vid into mpeg....
when i added the vid that i wanted...the graphic wasnt that clear....can it look clearer???
when i got the FLV program...i only got like part of it converted...how do i get it completely???

Are you talking about downloading the file? The link show above isn't a program. Its just a link that helps you download the file.
As for converting the video file, the video quality will NOT be better the the original source. Usually the video gets worse after converting. Please remember that when you watch the youtube video it is in a small screen. After you download it and you watch it in full screen the quality will look terrible. These videos are ONLY GOOD in small windows. So keep that in mind.
Most converters are not fully functional. Before you install you should see if its either a trial (like a 30 fully functional trial) or if its something like what you mentioned (convert only half of the video.. a min or whatever).
I think there are some programs in this forum that can help you.
