Nadech had asked to be exempt from the military lottery since he's still in school. The military draft was held in Khon Kaen. He mentioned when it's his time to take part in the draft lottery, he would like to pick the red card.
In April, around the time of Thai's New Year, Thailand's armed forces launch a search for healthy men aged between 21 and 30 years old. By law, all Thai men who do not volunteer for military service or reserve training must attend and take part in a miltary draft lottery at least once after they turn 21. You pick from a bag, if you pick a black card, you are exempt from military service for life. If you pick a red card, you must serve in the military for 2 years. You can defer from the draft lottery up until 26 years old.

Is that the same t-shirt he wore in Fino trip to Australia? Can't remember for what event, but I've definitely seen him wearing that T-shirt before.
