for clubbox you need their specific software.. which I'll let someone explain..

For d-addicts you need a bittorrent client.. There are many different kinds.. any of them will be fine.. Personally I use Bitlord. I really like it.

Just do a google search for bitlord and install it.. Then click on one of the torrent and download. You have to remember though that bittorrent is a bit more complicated then clubbox. You need to understand basic concepts like seeds and leechers and things such as opening ports etc etc.
