Hmong Southeast Puavpheej Inc. is a non-profit organization which consists of North Carolina,
South Carolina, and Georgia. HSP is in charge of the Hmong New Year each year, which is located in the state of North Carolina.
HSP Hluas is currently looking for Mr. Hmong Southeast Puavpheej Contestants for this
upcoming 2009 Hmong New Year Celebration. This will be the 5th year that the event will be held.
