can anyone give me a tutorial on making banners or signature using photoshop cs4

If you head on over to the Art Section, there are many tutorials on how to create artworks.. To make them "signatures" or "Avatar," it just the dimensions of the graphics that give them the lable "Avatar" or "signatures." Avatars are usually 100x100 and Sigs vary between 400x100 or 300x100.
All the Photoshop programs, no matter what version, are usually similar. All the tool icons are about the same (some just have more options). So you could easily make graphics with cs4 from a tutorial that is for cs2 (for example).
