Mahalo, I'm watching it on Viki with English subs. I honestly think that both versions are pretty good, however, I think and like the pranang in the 1999 version is much better than the 2008 version. I only like the 2008 version because of the second leads. The 1999 Monthai had more life and was more of a gentleman than the 2008, Monthai 2008 is just not appealing.

The 2008 version was too over dramatic and draggy to me so I never watched it. Lol. I don't like watching anything on Viki because of the ads and sometimes the links are broken. The user who uploaded on YT disappeared. Although the quality was not HD, it was pretty good. I should've downloaded it but never thought it'd be unavailable. Can't trust the digital world sometimes.

I agree that the 2008 version was overly dramatic and draggy. I don't like Viki because of the ads, but it seems to be one of the very few that uploads lakorns with subs. Agree that can't trust the digital world sometimes, they crash so often.
