hmm in a way I would because you just have to ask if this is a normal thing for her. Some people has such low self esteem or so emotionally abused that they don't know what is the social norm. For some people that is their social norm. Sometime we think we know all their stories but we truly don't, especially the stories that are deep inside their head.
