Although, romance at work is discouraged .. love and lust still continue. Honestly, I think it's hard to control personal crimes from happening as a company when those individual can't control themselves lol I think it's okay to have romance at work as long as it's between two single people with no commitment to someone else -- meaning, no bf/gf at the time of their courting stage.
