I fell in love with Park Bo Gum because of that drama ^^

He is really amazing isn't he? I thought it was just a lighthearted drama at the beginning but it was so much more. The Crown Prince's character had so many layers. I could watch him all day. Bo Gum made the character comes alive with his ability to emote his feelings. I feel completely consumed by him and the story. It was well-written, well- executed and well-cast.

I know what you mean. I went into the drama with low expectations, but I I liked it, specially Park Bo Gum. The drama had just the right amount of romance and politics, so it felt balanced. Normally, I don't watch sageuks, 'cause I'm not very fond of politics and scheming, but this was a good surprise!
And it helped that the main leads had good chemistry. Although I really liked the second male lead too.

I agree that Moonlight is a well balanced drama. I liked the second male lead too as well as Byung‑yeon. Love the three men's bromance. They all had different political views but yet their friendship was important to them as well. All three are Ra-On knights in shining armor.

I'm haven't watch much of Kdramas. I think Moonlight is my first period drama. I've watched My Secret Romance and Legend of the Blue Sea but skipped some parts. Moonlight is my third Kdrama and it captivated me completely. In fact, I'm re-watching some of the scenes. There are so many unforgettable scenes and dialogues.

I haven't watched My Secret Romance, but I did watch LOTBS and I agree with you, that some parts are skippable, but I enjoyed the comedy of the show so much, and the second romance between Cha Si Ah & Tae Oh was so cute <3

Moonlight is my third Kdrama so I'm relatively new. I'm more into Thai lakorn.

Y'all Moonlight in the clouds made me obsessed with Park bo gum. Literally loved him. But then the hype went down and I felt sad cus he didn't continued the hype and made more drama right after that cus it would had been really good for him if he did.
