    Public transport really brings out the jerk in most people. I am not a pole so don't grab me ; do not press your boobs into my hand as I hold the pole; don't shove me, its kind of hard to stay balanced so I can't help bumping into you; stop blasting your music and buy some headphones.

    Jane the Virgin is surprisingly entertaining, it runs oh so similarly to a lakorn perhaps due to the fact that it is heavily based on telenovelas. Oh yeah and Justin Baldoni ehehehe

    For me, I just go outside for a walk to clear my mind. Then I the hit the gym hard just to drain those extra energy.

    As I have gotten older, I just laugh those off especially from my relatives. For me, I just can't let those small things bother me any more.

    I'm trying to get back to being cut like last year. So I'm eating like good meals like every four hours with high quality protein.

    I do legs up on the pull up bar. I have tried to add 5 lbs to it as well.

    But the past week haven't gotten any work out in due to being sick with the flu.

    Props to the people who manage to work and do reasonably well in post secondary education. I for one could not last a second, I'm super thankful that I am fortunate enough to have parents who give me the financial support to live a well off life and have a good education. Through all the thick and thin, at the end of the day I love my parents.
