I've always been curious about this and never bothered to ask. How does the TOP AWARDS work? Does the nation vote online or are their specific judges? If people can vote online, does anyone know where/how?

Not sure if this is the right place to post. Anywho, any of you guys know a good site that I can order/buy thai novels from (preferrably "nee-yai"). I'm looking for the novel version of Sa Pai Jao and can't seem to find it. So if you know any good sites please tell me. Thank you.
