This upcoming GMMTV drama is the sequel to "Kiss Me Again" (aired last year) and "Kiss the Series" (aired in 2016). While the previous 2 series focused on the love stories of 5 sisters whose names all start with "San", this will focus on the relationship of Kao (New Thitipoom) and Pete (Tay Tawan) (both of whom are friends of Sandee, played by Mild Wiraporn, and have appeared in the past 2 series), as well as two other characters Sun (Poss Plapodd) and Mork (Fluke Gawin) (both of whom were introduced in KMA).

Yes, this is BL. Pete (Tay Tawan) and Kao (Newwie) were also in the prequels "Kiss the Series" (2016) and "Kiss Me Again" (2018). The focus of the prequels were the 5 San- sisters and their respective love lives. Sandee (Mild Wiraporn), one of the sisters, is Pete and Kao's friend, and she and her sister Sanrak (Mook Worranit) were the lead characters in KTS. Their partners were Thada (Mek Jirakit) and Na (Tao Phiangpor), respectively.

Their older sisters Sansuay (Pango), Sanson (Thanaerng) and Sanwan (Fon Sananthachat) were the leads in KMA. It's technically a prequel to KTS. Their partners there were So (Earth), Matt (Mond Thanuchai) and R (March Chutavuth), respectively. Pete and Kao were also considered lead characters in KMA, and GMMTV has devoted several clips just showing their scenes for the entire series.

In DBK, it's now Pete and Kao's turn, as well as the other couple Mork (Fluke Gawin) and Sun (Poss Plapodd). Mork and Sun were introduced in KMA. DBK is the sequel of KTS. In KMA, that's where Pete and Kao met and got together. In KTS, they were already a couple but they decided to hide it from their friends Sandee, Thada and June (Nicky Nachat), until they were forced to reveal their relationship to them.

Man all these BL series are so addicting lol. They made me blush like a little girl. Like im totally in love with Athit and Kong :pancarta:. Now im loving Kai and Third.

The director @backaof was the same one who directed "He's Coming to Me" (Singto / Ohm Pawat; a LINE TV-exclusive but will soon air on GMM25 after "Theory of Love"; the highest-rated 2019 Thai drama in MyDramaList) and the Chimon-Pluem episode in "Our Skyy" (a LINE-TV exclusive which serves as anthology of the top BL couples that GMMTV has introduced).

A bit of an aside, "He's Coming to Me" will premiere on GMM25 this coming Saturday on the 2225H timeslot right after "Theory of Love" (which is down to its last 2 episodes). (HCTM was a LINE TV-exclusive, and unfortunately will remain as such despite airing on local Thai TV.)

The Pantip article was accurate then on this one, and looks like "Dark Blue Kiss" is replacing this on the same timeslot. So expect some more adult/mature/darker content then, huh?!
