Okay this might sound silly but I have no idea what this means.

This never happened when I open PS CS2 and suddenly I can't open it any more. This pops out. Not just this, but I can't use some of my other programs either. So what does that mean?

Are you running Xp, or Vista?

I am running Vista. Is there something wrong with my hardrive?

Were you trying to open any videos at all? Were you trying to make a GIF on PS? I know that you can get that error if you don't have certain codecs installed for certain videos and etc.

Once I open Photoshop, the thing appears. I tried reinstalling it too.
