I notice that lately I've been downloading videos from YouTube and the AUDIO from the video's are always faster than it is that it doesn't go with their lips! o_O Has this occurred to anyone who's downloaded video's from YouTube?

Also, another thing is that when I first began subbing videos on my channel their was no problems but recently now some of my subbed videos have been claim "blocked from some countries" OR "third party issued"?! What should I do about it? I'm quite worried about this issue right now since it's alot of work subbing and I don't want anything to happen on my channel! >.<

As long as the 'third party' says an ad will appear, then you're pretty good for now. The only way you'll get blocked is if it is blocked worldwide and you don't take it down. Otherwise, the "some countries" I don't worry about much. Also, these copyright rules can change if the owners decide they want to block videos one day. You can check your account status by going to accounts and check to see if you have strikes. If no strikes, you're okay.

Subbing is hardwork, and it sucks that there are copyrights, etc. It'd be awesome to get licensed like viki.com does. But, my suggestion is to have backup of your vids in case something does happen to your channel in the future.

PS...if you use songs from RS or a company you can find on youtube when you make fan vids, try messaging them for permission to use their song. I don't know if they'll respond though. I've only tried it with Lao artists. And sometimes the most random companies show ownership of vids. It might be because the ost played in the lakorns are licensed by those people. I still don't know and haven't figured that part out yet.

w/audio, idk. it seems the visual and audio goes together. Sometimes it depends on your internet connection too. or the program you use to download.
