How do I record videos from IPTV

I wanna record videos from IPTV to keep it on my com...i was wondering how to i do that??(it wont be illegal cos i wont be selling or sharing it ;D )

lol. thanks!! well, i've seen so many people sharing...i dont wanna double-upload it. but if i record talk shows (eg WWY or At Ten) maybe i'll upload =D

there is no such thing as double uploading the more different links there is the more better it is; thats why reuploading is important too
