need help downloading from bittorrent or utorrent...

Not a stupid question 
We all gotta learn some how. Back in the days, I made an awesome tutorial on how to use it with screencaps too...but it's lost in time.
I googled some up for you:

They are basically all the same steps. You download the "torrent" and then the torrent will open up in the program, and then it will start the official download. Just know where you're saving it too (you can find this in preferences/tools/settings).
