[TUTORIAL] Making Gif Images & Simple Blinkies

This is my 2nd attempt at making tutorials... Hmmm I might have forgotten some tiny stuffs.. but i got the main ones down.. Just ask me if you have any questions ^_^..

I have photoshop cs3.. so I'm not sure if it'll work for other versions...

lol.. i guess i can try to make a tut for that lome.. but it'll prob take some time since im moving.. and of course.. im getting lazy again lol.. im not as good at making video gif images like rr yet lol.. but i shall try when im not busy ^_^..
