Undo spell/curse

Anyone know how to block a spell from afar or anyone I can go to for help.

Well believe it or not.. Have you ever heard about the monk that wears white and have his own temple in Cambodia now.. Ever since I wore his stuff I feel safe.. There was this one night I remember I heard someone screaming for help and the voice itself had an echo.. And then to next day nothing happen.. So I thought I was hearing stuff.. Then the next night my little heard a little child called him to play with him in the middle of the night.. Then my mom mention about this red cloth that the monk gave her and we put it on top of my window.. Since then it stopped.. But I heard in oder to make these things work.. You have to believe it in first.. There was a lot stuff happen to me, but after having all these holy stuff from him I feel okay.. So again believe it or not.. This is exp!
