Unsubscribing for a topic.

what? you want a topic you posted deleted? if so which topic is it?
:sweat: lol no, not my topic deleted, i put on subscription for one of the topic and i get email every time someone make a change to that topic and now i want to take that off cause i don't want to keep deleting it off my eamil.
Sunflower when come in the office forum have a look at top right hand side of office and you see it said "subscribe this topic".

oh... sorry...
here is how you unsubscribe... go under 'my controls'... on the left hand side... go under 'subscribtion' and click on 'view forums'... than the forums you subscribed to will show up... on the far right side after it shows who last posted and stuff there should be a box.. check the box, and than in the drop down selection make sure 'unsubscribe' is showing... than click on 'with selected' next to the drop down box... after that the page should refresh and the forum you subscribed to will be gone... got it? if not... just get back to me... :wacko:
