Does that mean that the uploader have to actually reupload all over again otherwise i can't dl it. Is there other way than that, it will take too much of their time. Thanks Kkrystal for ur help.
that person should use megaupload.com ..The file last very long. As long as someone dl it ,it will stay active there. They dont blocked or deleted file like you sent it does.
