zipped files

i have some albums that i want to upload that ppl have requested...but, it takes a long time to upload the songs seperately each time using yousendit. so i was wondering how to upload the songs in one folder at one time. can someone please give me steps on how to do that?

most time i use WinRAR compress each song in a folder. then, compress this folder. so, you only get one file to upload.

hey, I have sim. problem...but I wanna unzip files...also I just bought zinrar for $30 (winrar 3.5...manage rar and zip archives)...so I wanna get my money...but I don't know how it work...more confusing than the rar I was using b4 cuz it ask for password for encrypted files...if u bought...plz help me thru a simplier instruction than the one they had...so confusing to me..thanks in ad..

You mean it asks you for password when you unzip/unrar? Are you sure? or do you mean when you try to rar/zip it asks you for password? In that case I don't think you have to enter one. It's probably asking you if you want to protect the file with a password. Now imagine this.. Put a password like "www.sarnworld.com" on the file. And if you link gets stolen.. the person who download your file has to type in "www.sarnworld.com" to unzip/unrar it.. thats a way to protect your work.

You mean it asks you for password when you unzip/unrar? Are you sure? or do you mean when you try to rar/zip it asks you for password? In that case I don't think you have to enter one. ohh there are alot of files on the internet that put passwords on it. Trust me I've dled many of them.. unless you get the file from the TRUE source you won't know the password.

May I ask what file you have? and where you got it from?

Naw its not asking that because you need a registration password. It is probably protected.

Why don't you ask them the password?

Most media/files from solid07 that are zipped has password. Just pm the person you got it from.
