Same here...where have I been not noticing Mik before? :nut: Would love to see him in more roles and keep on improving on his acting! Daniel is such great character that I can't stop drooling over. I'm get sick and tired of weak p'ek who gets manipulated by everyone. This p'ek is sharp who could outwit the bad guys!
I agreed about weak p'ek. I don't watch Thai's lakorn much do that same reason. I am tired of the women in the lakorn manupulating p'ek and the misuderstanding between the main leads. This first lakorn makes me come-back to watch Thai drama after so many years.

No yeah, nang rai are ridiculous as well. I'm glad there's less focus on Kwan here. Also I didn't like the office dramas so I skipped them. Last year, I watched Lom Son Ruk with Nadech and Taew. It was a great lakorn with no nang rai to steal p'ek from n'ek. Nadech and Taew had great chemistry that is off the chart!!

I remember discussing with you in that thread. I like when there's not too many n'rais too. It can be annoying if too many. Just glad that pek ficus in just n'ek too.

lol having watched too many lakorns, i gotta say that Kwan being considered a rai is a joke cause she's actually much much more tame compared to the real nang rai's.
I do love that they at least give Kwan and all other side characters just the right amount of character building
We get to see her motivation to wanting Daniel. she wants to be number one, to be the best, etc. without dragging

Also I wanna thank Kwan cause it seems to me like it's honestly the first time in a lakorn, as far as I can remember that, that a pra'ek tells a nang'rai off
Love that scene when Daniel threatened her on her bs LOLOL
Usually they just let them off free.....

The reason I don't mind there being Kwan, Dr. Itt, Chenming and all these bad guys in here is because
the love and trust between Daniel and Fahsai is just too overwhelming that no one can come between them
well... except for themselves LOL

Agree with your last statement. The trust between Daniel and Fahsai is the reason why I'm liking them as a pair and enjoying the lakorn so much. I hate it when p'ek is constantly doubting the n'ek. Where's the love when there's no trust? That's why I adore Daniel and Fahsai so much. That's why it hurts even more when Daniel pushes Fahsai away. Argh! I can't tell you how much disappointment I have in Daniel in the last couple of episodes

I've been a long-time lakorn fan too so I know Kwan is a pretty tame nang rai. Her character was not over done which is why I love and appreciate this lakorn so much. Her character was shown enough to move the story along.

Daniel is very astute so he knew Kwan's actions (bs) was meant to hurt Fahsai. Glad he made his point and didn't let Kwan get away with it.

They do have a great amount of love and some trust for each other. They are their own worst ememies. Part of the reason why Daniel distancing himself from Fahsai is that he feels he is not good enough for her in terms of protecting her. Of all the power this man holds, that is one of his insecurities. Hence, he choose Kwan. I think he would rather hurt her than losing her in death. Also, I love the faith that Fahsai has for Daniel.

Still slowly catching up. Ep9 got me cringing and teary for Chen Ming. Help our boy~~ ahhhh. :crybaby2::crybaby2::crybaby2:Seriously though, I felt all the emotions and pain he was going through. Great job to Boom, bravo.

And since I spoiled myself with y'all posts about Ah'Jo.. when I saw happy Ah'Jo talking about his kid I was getting teary too... :crybaby2::crybaby2::crybaby2:Why y'all gonna do that to him. He's so innocent. Let him be a part of his child's life.. don't kill him off. Noooo~

And thanks for showing that bromance clip~~ They're such kidders. XD. That definitely made me feel less depressed for Ah'Ming. Sigh.

I started watching Talay Fai before KLKNNHJ, but lost interest. I saw some teasers and thought Mik and Steph seemed to have good chemistry but their characters...were a Nope for me. The leads and the storyline could. not. get. any. more. cliche. Which is hard because this is lakorn we're talking about, 99% of lakorn runs off a formula but dang, maybe I set myself up for disappointment. Both Pan and Techin were fickle - Pan for running from her family, Techin for the way he treated Pan. Too much harassment for the sake of harassment, if that makes sense. :( I did watch Steph and Mik go on p'Aom's talk show and found them adorable there though.

Back to Once Upon a Time, which I never want to end! @Katelyn, that photo of Daniel carrying Fahsai and leaning in for the ending kiss got me so giddy! And those fanvids are so nicely done! The love triangle ones almost got me feeling like Boom is p'ek and Mik is the second lead lol.

OMG, I was thinking "Nooooo, don't leave Fahsai in the hands of Kwan!" but I'm assuming Kwan has an iota of humanity in her since Fahsai survives, whole and healthy, ready for Daniel to love her and to make up for all the tears he put her through! muahahahaha.

I love that picture too. It's such a sweet scene. As for the love triangle mvs, I think the vidders got a little biased because they love Boom. It's all cool though. Chernming is a devilish charmer...sigh. Can't wait to see his story but we will have to wait awhile!

I think Kwan takes her work seriously and reputation/face counts. Plus, she won't mess with FahSai's life because she knows Daniel would come after her in a heartbeat and make her pay.

^hehehe, I'm sure there was Boom-bias, I rather liked it though. In a different universe, we all know the bad boy, misunderstood, Chen Ming would have been p'ek and the sweet guy Daniel would have been second lead. @Katelyn, that banner is oh so gorgeous! Caught all the right feels.
Don't get me wrong, I want Fahsai with Daniel forever. :cheer:
