commercially tho, it's not surprising a GDH movie would have this numbers and they are still on their 4th day today not even a week yet.

Yes... This movie is a hit. They will earns 100 million bath soon.
If your movie already earns 100 million bath in Thailand it's a hit. And I think this movie will easily surpass that.
