And damn —this game show incorporated all questions of 7/8 versions of KooKum. So freaking tough and cheap that the final contestant loss due to a stupid question asked requiring Japanese knowledge! Seriously, this show shouldn’t be so cheap, the contestant was able to answer everything in Thai, but the final question was $hit! Feel bad for him! (They couldn’t even afford to give him a small stipend or something for making it all the way through.) These contestants have so much KooKum knowledge though ranging from authors to writers to music writers and actors, etc!! Watch if you can understand Thai, no subs! Haha :p


PS — I am an official KOOKUM fan! I’m a fan of the novel itself! But will always be a true fan to Birds version!!! 555 :angel10::love::icon12:

I’m still firm on Mario being the most suitable KOBORI. I’m not a Mario fan, I barely have interest in him lol but his whole persona and demeanor carries a lot of the KOBORI traits. I think he’ll do fine, it’s just that I hope I can fall in love with his KOBORI. lol :p :risas3::risas3::risas3:

I think Mew suits Aung, but I’m worried about her stern/cold face and attitude. I don’t know if she can play a very cold person without being worried about the audience will judge her or not. We’ll see I guess cuz khun Dang I know will have a very BIG say in who should qualify as Aung. Lol :p

kDang adores Mario and Mark very much. I don’t know about Nadech yet...since I haven’t really heard her praised Na. But for girls— she now loves Taew, Bella and Yaya the most. Also, check her IG followers, the people she follows are limited. Lol there’s only like Ya, Taew, Bella... Margie maybe lol

But for the guys—- just Mark, Mario, now JamesJi. Maybe she would follow Na if he had an IG account lol :p

Honestly, I’d prefer new faces Khanatasanan Naktakhe or Sattaphong Phiangpor. Khanatsanan was good in Naree Rissaya as a slap-and-kiss lover, I’d like to see more of him.

But if it really were to be a famous actor, I think I’d like Toey Pongsakorn or Prin Suparat. I’ve only seen Toey in the Cupid Series, I’d be curious to see him in a tragedy. And Prin is at his best in drama series.

For Angsumalynn, Benz Nathida would be great. She was just AMAZING in Naree Rissaya as a beautiful rebellious woman and I think she deserves more fame and it would boost her career.
Otherwise, Mild Wiraporn or Mint Natwara. I know : Mint is more of a nang rai than a nang ek now but when she started, she was a nang ek and she was good at it.

I’m officially a fan of the novel.:thumbup: I couldn’t picture anyone else doing the remake but ActArt so I hope that it will serve its purpose and that this new KOBORI will become my favorite character ever!:cheer::worship2::angel10:

I still can't do another Koo Gum. It hasn't even been more than 5 years and they're planning for another remake. People, you're supposed to wait 10 years! lol Thai ent. drive me nuts when they remake a drama too early. I actually enjoyed Bie and Noona's version. Although Bie's acting could've been slightly better, he did fine. His smile was what made me sane throughout the lakorn. lol Noona played her role well as Ang. She had the perfect Thai look and acting to play her role. If y'all didn't know, out of all the versions, Bie & Noona's version was the closest to the novel. Even the author said so and enjoyed Bie/Noona's version; she even visited the set.

I don't know who I want to play as Ang/Kobori frm Ch3. I think Benz N. could play Ang well. It's always hard to find the right person to play Kobori.

Ive never thought of this but what about Sunny Suwanmethanont? He looks like he could be japanese plus he can speak japanese when asked to. In his little mini lakorn thing with kao, he spoke japanese in there. Plus hes a good actor and good looking as well

Yeah agreed not Nadech, he's already in the movie version. Besides, Kobori dies at the end so I never want to see a lakorn where either pra'ek or nang'ek died. I like happy ending!
