Here's the Wikipedia article for the history of Thai clothing. It appears that the costumes in BPS were based off of the Old Rattanakosin period, which was about 100 years later than BPS takes place. You know, since people in Ayutthaya all went topless most of the time, unless they were nobility

You're so entertaining with the Phatcaps haha especially Date's side profile. And that's a beautiful picture of their tea party together; it's pretty. I remember this part, he sat down & like so pleased she wants his opinion on something; he waited for his tea patiently & everything. They sort of shut out the world - shut out that Jumpa & Prik who's spying at the windows. By this time they're like SO VERY TOGETHER.

So I was FINALLY finishing the seemingly ENDLESS drag of Tae Pang Korn 2017, when Son mentioned one of our favorite things ever (besides Pope):

He said "bhuppae sanniwat"!!!!
The subber translated it a little differently, but he said it and I'm not wrong!

For some reasons, after watching TPK and BPS I was wondering about my past lives back to 200 or 300 years ago...Those stories made me want to go back to the past lives myself.
