Halfway through ep 1 and I'm kinda bored. It's exactly the same so I have no expectations. I think both Matt & Nadech are doing fine in their roles. They can't really do more because I feel like the producer/director probably wanted it this way...
They seriously spent too much money on the set alone. Should have spent more on wardrobe and hair stylists. What's up with everyone's awful hairstyles? Reminding me of LHM's BOF hairstyle lol All the curls and waves the male cast has, oh lawd!
What I do like is the OST.
The OG OST was so good.
It sounds like Rose Sirintip... Hmmmmm but yeah, I do like the main song.

Some of their FIN scenes got some decent views at least compared to the lakorn itself. When it's the same as the original it almost make the thai production team lacks imagination. I remembered when the drama came out whatever JJH was wearing it basically sold out. The hype of her outfits were real.. and whatever Matt is wearing, given for free and people would still hesitate lol. I don't know how they managed to make this lakorn slow...it's slow.

I feel like the producer/director tried to make the ml/fl embody the exact same mannerisms as JJH/KSH.
Who would want to wear them? it’s hot in Thailand.
To be honest I never see any remake copycat everything. It is really the micromanagment or Broadcast lacks idea?
At this stage it’s too late to save anything unlesd Nadech or Matt came up a scandal.

I read through several comments on YouTube at the end of ep. 1 for part 10/10. People seem to really enjoy it. Comments are praising Matt and how the lakorn is enjoyable. They like the pairing.
This may be a little part of feedback but there wasn't a huge backlash. Not that I see on YouTube anyway.
I did finish ep 1. Not sure if I'll watch the rest. The chemi of the leads doesn't pull me in. I'll put it aside till it completely airs maybe.

Unless Nadech gets someone pregnant or secretly gets married ain't no scandal of his is going to top Matt's. So that's out of the question. This should be a lesson learn that if they ever do another Kdrama remake make sure their hands aren't tied. This one isn't just handcuffs but it's made sure there's some rope added to it. If the K side is adamant about keeping it the same then find some other remakes...heck get a popular novel and start from there.
I didn't quite like the phillipines version. And was hoping thai version was better since Nadech's place and other stuff seemed more updated..but nope lol

Well Nadech now has an IG. That is BIG news, LOL though not a scandal.
I don’t understand how a scandal is going to save this when it is a scandal that is mostly blamed for the low rating.......why would people all of a sudden watch it when lets say Na all of a sudden he gets married or gets someone pregnant..lIf that happened. The effect might be the opposite. they might altogether stop watching the drama and just tuned in his real life. Because now there’s a more interesting lakorn...and it an original not a remake,, haha. MLFAS rating might go to decimal points..lol ,wow its exhausting to think of how to save this remake.. oh well maybe if we can get yaya to have a surprise cameo appearance in one of the episode it might raise the rating in 1 episode,,lolThe A list cast can’t really save it but it would probably end up with at least 3 than 1.6 or 1.8..
when one gets desperate for points you’d look everywhere to get it..including the cast.

Oh do you know that most JJH clothes in kdramas are designer clothes? As in famous designer from Europe designed clothes costing so much. I didn’t know that before . But I learned that when I watched LOTBS. And almost all she wore even the ones that looked like from flea market cost thousands of dollars. I think because these designers knew many people watch kdrama and especially if it starred popular actresses/ actors. I’m sure Lee min ho also had been wearing designer clothes in that drama as well. But I only paid attention to JJH ..
I bought the green shoes, the stuff toy pink octopus, the necklace and her lipstick and makeup hahaha.Ch3 acting like they just got into this business. Well that’s what happen when it’s run by crusty old people. Hopefully the new blood they pull in can get them to change their viewpoint.
Sending Tong Ek and BPS to Netflix seems like a good start.

The curiosity probably got most ppl into watching this. The feedback isn't completely bad, it's just not as awesome as k'Nong hoped it to be.
I just didn't realize they copied pretty much everything. It should've been a clue with Na's hair. People tuned in at first just to see and probably figured if they want to watch something that's good and original they are better off going back to the K version. Heck, watching the Thai remake probably made them missed the original lol and went back and watched the K version instead.
They tried but it's unfortunate nothing is working in their favor.
Does’t this drama only shown 2 days a week? Mon- Tues.
The rating not getting up it goes 1.8-1.8-1.6.
Even the TrueID online viewers drop from 13000 to only 11000. Let see what next week will bring.

I did go back to watch the original after watching the 1st ep of this lol
