A very beautiful picture, well taken!! One of the best picture so far. This flower has many names since its found in diffent places such as Hawaii, Indonesia, India and Thailand. I did some research and yes...its known as Frangipani, Champa, Plumeria..etci have always know this flower as Frangipani................

yes that flower is called plumeria.. lantom in thai does mean death which was why they changed it to lilawadee.. and yes the name in laos is called champa... my mom grows it in her back yard and as far as i know, there arent any badluck... it just depend on if you believe or not...
jasmine is called "maleek" in thai.. in lakorns you usually see those flowers put in water that you drink.. remember the lakorn koo gum? ungsumalin's mom and grandmother called kobori "pau dok maleek" and at the scene toward the ending where she fainted on the step she was holding a pot of jasmine
