Film Rattapoom fathered Annie Brook's son

OMGGGG!!!!!!! Now people are saying Annie might not have ever been pregnant? Unless Annie decides to go through with the DNA test we will never know without a doubt if Film is the father of her baby or not. So here's my solution to this whole mess. Annie claims she doesn't want anything from Film. Film is not 100% sure if the baby is his and do not want to take responsibility without a DNA test. Annie is standing her ground on raising the baby as a single mother. So I say everybody forget this whole scandal ever happend and go back to living their life like this never happend. Annie can go back to raising her baby in peace and Film can go back to work. No more name calling.
Agree that people should go on with their lifes and leave this mess alone, but if they really want to dig people past then it is goood for them, it will get uglier on their entertainment world...and people get to see they ungly of those people...it gonna get interesting to the public and the press going to get rich because they can sell lots of news.........that might boost up the economy tooo, who know.

it's kind of hard for Film to just "forget" this whole situation when it was unfairly accused that he "fathered Annie Brook's son" as the thread title itself has established. if Annie never wanted anything to do with Film, let alone 'harm' his reputation as she so sobbingly proposed, then why did she even say "yes it is his son and blah blah blah he didn't take care of me etc etc" making the public criticize Film, which affected his career and made him have a bad reputation because of this? i'm sure to those feeling sympathy for Annie (because she's a woman & omgsh had to go 9 mnths of pregnancy & take care the baby alone--which is what she wants anyway) wouldn't give a crap about what others have suffered through these claims. it's like calling someone a black sheep & they get harassed for it, then when asked for proof, you decide to run away while that "black sheep" have been branded a bad reputation for the rest of their life. this issue isn't just gonna go away. there needs to be proof after a major claim like this. if not, each side will be stuck with the criticisms they got forever. Annie will be known as the whore, supposedly. and Film will be known as the bastard douchebag, supposedly. but guess what? i bet Annie will now get support from those we believe her story even with no proof (even if she might did make this sh*t all up because she's stuck & need a way to get financial help to raise her kid). i just think it's soooo sketchy as hell.

i seriously don't understand why Annie just won't shut everyone up and show the world she hasn't been lying about any of this. if she doesn't want Film's help, she could deny it with court. but to just not wanna do it at all now definitely means she has something to hide. sorry but i'm not buying it. actions speak louder than words & her actions is proving her to be something i had thought of her the first time i observed this whole fiasco. but at the end i guess the baby will be in good health, hopefully. with the public sympathy...i hope Annie uses the money wisely on her kid & not on herself.

Everything has came to an end because, the woman of society Khun Dang has said for everyone stop. Clap, Clap....
Where'd you get this from? I wanna read about it too.

Now Khun Dang wants to shup up because Annie's scandalous side is revealed? And who the hell is Khun Dang to tell everyone to stop? She openly supported Annie without knowing all the facts. She said what she wanted. I'd be embarassed if I supported a "potential" slut. She got herself involved just like everybody else did.

Annie's claim now she does not want to get the DNA test cause she is scared that once the paternity is establish the father will take the child away from her...if the father is Film and he is going to take the child away from her...society will criticized him more and the Thai court system must have a good sense where the child placement would be not depend on financial status...she kept on saying she want to get out of the prison called "home" so she could go to work for a living and lived her life peaceful as a single mother....WTH did she come out claiming Film is the father of her son....This is not wanting to live a peaceful life without any help ....I am sorry but I am a woman and if I want to live a peaceful life in the industry I would never come out at first creating an unsolved mystery for everyone....Also what if the child later in his life want to get a paternity test from Film since his mother is so claiming Film as his father...And 16/17 years down the road he actually turn out not to be the child's father...Then WHAT? He's been telling everyone all his life that this person is his father and actually not....

Don't get me wrong. The statement I made above was not made because I side with Annie. I'm not siding with anybody on this. Just basically wanted to say, if you're not going to shit than get of the pot. We have Annie who refuses the DNA test siting stupid ass reasons if you ask me. On the other side we have Film who can take it to court and petition the court to order her to do the DNA test but he does not. So all we're left with from both sides is name calling which is not doing anybody any good. So all I was trying to say was, if both side is not going to do anything productive to solve the situation than they just need to shut their hole and ask the world to pretend that none of this ever happend and go back to their living their life. Film gets all his work back, and Annie not accuse of being a whore. I know I'm stating the impossible but thats what I think should happen.

I agree with u "Honda", I don't see Film Jumping up and down wanting to take Annie to court demanding a DNA test or wanting to claim to be the father, I just see Hia Hor doing all the talking and digging Annie's past, Off course everyone has a past, she's not denying that she took nude pics or done things that not wrong or she hasn't denied that she hasn't date anyone, "if anyone wants to watch the lady khun Dang women of society of Thailand or other woman public relation telling each side to stop this non sense of back and foreword blaming each other or talking back to each other or digging each other past into the spotlight, u can watch the show of "Reaung Lao Chow Nee" on ch3 or obizgotv or youtube on the 30th of September. If Annie wants to be left alone and raising her child alone, let her do it alone, I don't see that she is doing any harm to him, he is growing healthy everyday and looking very cute and very beautiful like his mother. A child growing up without a father doesn't meant he will turn out to be bad as long as he's got love and understanding.

see, here they're going off topic. it ain't about who's more worse than the other; it's about who's the father of the baby. what's the point of digging up film's dirt? is it going to reveal who's the baby's father? no, so humiliating him is useless in that aspect. unless they just want to do it cuz they hate the guy, then that's another story. then again, i'm pretty sure the public already knows that film is NOT god or anything close to being god lol

now bringing up annie's past is a whole different story. the purpose is to prove that it is questionable whether film is the father or not. it's not the male that gets pregnant, it's the female. i don't care what people say about this 21st century how female and male should be looked upon equally. true, but not in all area. these things affect females more than males you can't deny it. no matter what, females and males were never the same and they will never be.

i don't feel sorry for annie because girlfriend did this upon herself from the beginning. even until now she's dragging her feet. she is crazy.
no, they're not going off topic. Hea Haw's press con opened up this new topic of his violation of libel law as well as social etiquette. the columnist responded to Hea Haw's grossly inappropriate statement. if you read the column carefully, you will see that he's not really telling people to dig up Film's dirt; he's pointing out how unfair it is for a grown man and a "respectable" man such as Hea Haw to humiliate a woman to protect his business interests. "if a man thinks so lowly of a woman, then why did he want to have sex with her to begin with? it was fine and dandy for the man to sleep with the woman whose past is not white and pure, but if she got pregnant, the man will bring up her humiliating past to put himself above her, and therefore, too good to be her baby's father? a man can sleep around and still be an eligible bachelor, and no one will call him names or come out to tell everyone how many women he's been with. as for a woman, once she has a baby or has been humiliated in public, she can no longer wear a wedding dress and be a bride."

it doesn't even matter if Hea Haw's claim is true. the libel law would favor the victim, in this case, Annie. if Annie decided to sue him, she would definitely win the case. the infamous press con shows Hea Haw's lack of manners as a real man. this is not just about Annie and Film anymore, it's about how women from all over the country who saw Hea Haw and heard his statement came to realize the "male privilege" is more prominent than we would like to think it was. the article discusses in length what you actually mentioned: men and women are never going to be really equal, and therefore, real men must never break the gentlemen's code of social conduct.

the columnist asked Hea Haw, "Did you ever think about the child? How is he going to live in the society? When he goes to school, his friends will call him 'You Son of 4 Daddies.' Hea Haw's press con will forever be available online, through text, and other media. The child will see and hear what was said about his mother."

The article is one of the best articles written about the inappropriate press statement. The columnist is actually famous for his analysis on politics, but Hea Haw's press con has upset and angered most people, regardless of where they stand on Annie-Film's issue. i recommend that everyone read it thoroughly.

from what i see, Annie keeps insisting that she doesn't want child support or Film's involvement in the child's life. i haven't heard her say that Film was a manwhore in public. on the contrary, she's been saying that he's a good person in both shows she went on. as for Film's side, his supporters have been coming out to basically discredit her by bringing up her sexual history.

i do believe Annie wants to be left alone. she's happy to raise her baby by herself. the DNA test will make things clearer to the outsiders, but if the mother doesn't consent, it's her right. if Film really wants to get this over with, he should not try to pressure her through the media, but rather through court, even if it's a long shot. i believe they both need privacy in dealing with this situation. the best solution is for them to speak in private. no one else needs the DNA test result, not us, not the reporters, no one except Annie and Film's families.

I praise ur words too P. it's not just About Film or Annie, it's the way Hia Hor is digging into someone past or history, shaming her as a girl sleeping with 4 men at the same time, it show that he thinks so low of women in this society. I am not siding with Annie but as u said on whatever show, she always saying Film is a good guy enough if he's doesn't want to take responsibility, she just want to be left alone and raise her child. I think growing up without a father is better than hearing somewhere later in life that someone refer to ur mother as a whore or has been sleeping withe 4 men. it is unfair to the woman party when she doesn't to back to her up or a powerful method to fight u. it is her right if she doesn't want to consent to a DNA test, if she does it between her and Film in their own private way which should have be dealt with long time before his got out of hand or the news link out.

Speaking as a woman, I have sympathy for Annie. But it has gone this far already, I don't think she has anything to lose anymore. Why not do the DNA? Whether the child belongs to Film or not get it over with so people can leave you alone. If she was smarter, she shouldn't have come out and tell the world. It's her business she should've just kept it among her and deal with it privately.

"he's pointing out how unfair it is for a grown man and a "respectable" man such as Hea Haw to humiliate a woman to protect his business interests."

and was what he said true? it is in our nature to protect ourself if we were attacked. as long as it is true then i think it is legitimate.

"if a man thinks so lowly of a woman, then why did he want to have sex with her to begin with?"

because both of them wants to have fun.

"it was fine and dandy for the man to sleep with the woman whose past is not white and pure, but if she got pregnant, the man will bring up her humiliating past to put himself above her, and therefore, too good to be her baby's father?"

again it is not to humiliate her but rather to answer the question of why he is unsure he is the father. and there's no such thing as too good to be the father. it's either you ARE the father or you ARE NOT.

"a man can sleep around and still be an eligible bachelor, and no one will call him names or come out to tell everyone how many women he's been with. as for a woman, once she has a baby or has been humiliated in public, she can no longer wear a wedding dress and be a bride."

those guys are called players. no one can humiliate you except for yourself (unless you were raped that's a whole different story). you should be able to handle the truth for your actions.

"it doesn't even matter if Hea Haw's claim is true. the libel law would favor the victim, in this case, Annie. if Annie decided to sue him, she would definitely win the case. the infamous press con shows Hea Haw's lack of manners as a real man. this is not just about Annie and Film anymore, it's about how women from all over the country who saw Hea Haw and heard his statement came to realize the "male privilege" is more prominent than we would like to think it was. the article discusses in length what you actually mentioned: men and women are never going to be really equal, and therefore, real men must never break the gentlemen's code of social conduct."

how can they name someone a victim when the truth is not even revealed? what kind of law is that?

"the columnist asked Hea Haw, "Did you ever think about the child? How is he going to live in the society? When he goes to school, his friends will call him 'You Son of 4 Daddies.' Hea Haw's press con will forever be available online, through text, and other media. The child will see and hear what was said about his mother."

then the columnist should also tell annie to stop going on shows with her son. there's no secret in this world. even without hea haw, the baby will hear of other things. they should stop making it like hea haw is the only one to blame here. if annie's siders want respect for annie then they should tell annie to act that way as well. tell her good girls don't sleep with people who they've just met or before marriage.

"from what i see, Annie keeps insisting that she doesn't want child support or Film's involvement in the child's life. i haven't heard her say that Film was a manwhore in public. on the contrary, she's been saying that he's a good person in both shows she went on."

I agree with you, rakcharm. It seems like people in Thailand, especially the women/feminist society, really try to deter the real issue of proving whether or not that's even his baby or not, so they rather focus the attention on how "inappropriate" the representatives of Film are to bring up circumstances/reasons they have in being skeptical if the child really is their client's offspring or not.

Maybe it's important for Film to let everyone else know the truth because it's crucial to clear his name to his fans and everyone else who has criticized him whether they will continue supporting/admiring him or not. He was man enough to admit that he did had sexual relations with her so it could be possible to be the father, but so can anyone else who has had sexual relations with her during that time. Can she prove that she hasn't? When will Annie be woman enough to deliver what she has claimed instead of giving excuses left and right? It's just bullsh*t, period. It seems like the females are only concerned about the girl's reputation and to save her face, but what about the guy's? He doesn't deserve the humiliation he had to go through, as well. But who cares, because most of you already have it fixed in your heads (without proof) that he is the father and should be responsible, therefore he deserves it? Ha, how backwards it that. I thought people were capable of being fair, but I guess we still live in a biased ignorant society.

I do wonder what's keeping Film from just demanding the court to make her take the DNA test, though. They should just suggest that to his representatives, rather then try and wait around for her or pressure her with the media.

you know annie or anyone on her side digged up annie's past. it's not like she lied about her sexual life. she even wrote a pocket book. but you know, she doesnt really need to dig any dirt from film cause sia ood has already proven that film sells himself to other men.

like i have said, film could have denied this rumor and solved it behind close doors. celebrities always denied this type of news anyways.

im not defending annie, but as a women, i dont think it is fair that men can sleep around and they dont get bashed. so what if annie has an active sexual life. film knew well she sleeps around with men, why in the hell would he risk to have sex with annie. if film wanted to avoid all this, he could have brought snnie to court. no one is taking action (suing) therefore each parties knows that they have lied. anything they said in the past will be used in the court. geez. annie needs to seek a lawyer to know her rights (child custody) and then she would not be so scared to take the paternity test. unless she is scared. no one knows for sure what is going on in their heads. as of right now, we can only use words.

i knew this was going to become a political issue. way to go!

then the columnist should also tell annie to stop going on shows with her son. there's no secret in this world. even without hea haw, the baby will hear of other things. they should stop making it like hea haw is the only one to blame here. if annie's siders want respect for annie then they should tell annie to act that way as well. tell her good girls don't sleep with people who they've just met or before marriage.

"from what i see, Annie keeps insisting that she doesn't want child support or Film's involvement in the child's life. i haven't heard her say that Film was a manwhore in public. on the contrary, she's been saying that he's a good person in both shows she went on."

then maybe he IS a good person lol

"no one else needs the DNA test result, not us, not the reporters, no one except Annie and Film's families."

the whole world needs the DNA test now lmao

I highly recommend you read the article more carefully with a Thai or Asian person's perspective. if you look through the lenses of a Thai person who was born and raised in such a conservative society, you might understand why the press con has appalled both men and women in Thailand. proving paternity is another issue. many people still demand that Annie consent to DNA test. what the article actually talks about is mainly Hea Haw's inappropriateness and lack of fairness. the article DOES NOT demand that Film takes responsibility as the father without proof. what i put in my earlier post is NOT the entire article. it's best to read the whole thing. it's not a very long article, and it's actually beautifully written.

"and was what he said true? it is in our nature to protect ourself if we were attacked. as long as it is true then i think it is legitimate."

as i stated before, it's not a question of whether or not what Hea Haw said is true. his claim would be useful only in court when Film seeks paternity test. the reason why Hea Haw's statement appalled so many people is because what someone does in the most intimate and private realms of life should not be discussed in public. that's basic social etiquette. Hea Haw has no legitimate reasons to make such claims in public. he has the resources and manpower to deal with the dilemma in private, with all parties involved present. to get the truth, Hea Haw did not have to come out and step on Annie to pressure her to do the DNA test. as the columnist states, a decent man or a real man does not broadcast a woman's intimate information to the public.

"because both of them wants to have fun."

yes, so why when the fun is over, the man goes on with his life as if there's no possible consequences, and the woman suffers? what the article means by asking such a question is to remind men that if a woman is not as "pure" as he would like her to be, then don't have intimate relations with her. because when something goes wrong, an indecent man would say, "she's done this and that, and therefore, i might not be responsible." it's wrong to place himself higher than her when things don't go as planned when he himself has probably slept around as well. to be fair, a man should not get involved with a woman (especially without using protection) if he thinks of her as lower than or inferior to him.

"again it is not to humiliate her but rather to answer the question of why he is unsure he is the father. and there's no such thing as too good to be the father. it's either you ARE the father or you ARE NOT."

it IS to humiliate her. Hea Haw has lived in such a conservative society all his life. he KNEW what damage he could do to Annie's life as well as her baby's life when he held that press con. there is such thing as "too good to be the father" when a man tells people that a girl he has been sleeping with is actually a w**re, and therefore, her baby is probably someone else's. it's as if he's better than her. sure, a man can think that way, but to bring up a woman's past in PUBLIC instead of discussing the issue with her in private is something worse. no mother wants her child to be teased at school for having 4 possible fathers and to be called "You Son of 4 Daddies." if Hea Haw believed the claims were true, it would have gone down more smoothly if he had consulted his legal team and handled such sensitive matter in court, where it would be not publicized. that way, he would still remain decent and humane while protecting his business interests.

"those guys are called players. no one can humiliate you except for yourself (unless you were raped that's a whole different story). you should be able to handle the truth for your actions."

unfortunately, men in this conservative society can never be humiliated by their sexual history because they have nothing to lose (mai sia hai). because of gender inequality, women "lose" something while men don't.

"how can they name someone a victim when the truth is not even revealed? what kind of law is that?"

it's called libel law. the victim or plaintiff is someone who has been defamed through written, broadcast, or any other forms of published words. the key aspect of libel law is that the plaintiff has to prove that he/she has been given a negative image by the defendant and has suffered because of the defendant's action. as i mentioned earlier, Annie would win the case if she ever decided to sue Hea Haw. his statement has been recorded and broadcast and is available through every kind of media. most importantly, Hea Haw has absolutely NO right to publicly claim that Annie has extorted 4 different men during her pregnancy. the legality of reporting extortion is that the victims must report it themselves. if these 4 men, including Film and Jun, have been the victims of an attempt of extortion by Annie, they are the only 4 people who have the lawful right to come out and make a claim against Annie.

"then the columnist should also tell annie to stop going on shows with her son. there's no secret in this world. even without hea haw, the baby will hear of other things. they should stop making it like hea haw is the only one to blame here. if annie's siders want respect for annie then they should tell annie to act that way as well. tell her good girls don't sleep with people who they've just met or before marriage."

Annie went on 2 TV shows with her son. i agree that she should not have appeared on At 10, but the first time she went on the news show on Channel 3 was after Film had held his 1st press con which pretty much painted her in a negative light. yes, even without Hea Haw, the child will hear of other things, but he does not need to see and hear Hea Haw's claim broadcast nationwide (and worldwide through Internet videos) that his mother had been involved with 4 men and had extorted all of them. what Hea Haw did is beyond bad. no one is in a position to tell him that unless they also tell Annie to not sleep with people she's just met or before marriage? that's something different. Hea Haw's press con was PUBLIC and business-oriented, and it was about Annie's intimate past. he had a choice to be more civil and try to have all the parties involved discuss everything in private or with legal advisers.

"then maybe he IS a good person lol"

i sure hope so since Annie's been repeating that he's a good guy while Film's boss and Poj Anon and Mod Dum have been discrediting her.

"the whole world needs the DNA test now lmao"

i meant in this case. no one needs the test results of Annie's child and Film's. only they themselves need to know. if someone told me to do a DNA test, i'd think that person is straight up mad. As Doctor Pontip has suggested, Film and Annie should settle this matter in private. they could do the paternity test and have the results revealed to them and their families only. there's no law requiring that the test must be made public. but in this case, outsiders have been demanding Annie to consent to the test. i do believe that it would solve Film's problem because he could then go on without the social pressure to take responsibility regardless of the results since Annie has insisted that she doesn't want child support or his parental involvement, and it would also minimize or eliminate criticism towards Annie. if the test proves that Film is not the father, Annie would also suffer the consequences of lying and not protecting herself in the beginning. but then again, Annie's the mother, so it's totally up to her.

"I thought people were capable of being fair, but I guess we still live in a biased ignorant society."

yes, I guess we still live in a biased ignorant society since many people, especially women, called Annie names and judged her for allegedly using an IUD device. people on Film's side don't criticize him for sleeping around and not using protection, but they called Annie a *lut for allegedly using birth control when she's not married. supporters of Film already have it fixed in their heads (without proof) that Annie used an IUD while she was dating Film even though what Poj Anon claimed was just hearsay. it is accurate to say that no one can be really fair.

you know annie or anyone on her side digged up annie's past. it's not like she lied about her sexual life. she even wrote a pocket book. but you know, she doesnt really need to dig any dirt from film cause sia ood has already proven that film sells himself to other men.

like i have said, film could have denied this rumor and solved it behind close doors. celebrities always denied this type of news anyways.

im not defending annie, but as a women, i dont think it is fair that men can sleep around and they dont get bashed. so what if annie has an active sexual life. film knew well she sleeps around with men, why in the hell would he risk to have sex with annie. if film wanted to avoid all this, he could have brought snnie to court. no one is taking action (suing) therefore each parties knows that they have lied. anything they said in the past will be used in the court. geez. annie needs to seek a lawyer to know her rights (child custody) and then she would not be so scared to take the paternity test. unless she is scared. no one knows for sure what is going on in their heads. as of right now, we can only use words.

i knew this was going to become a political issue. way to go!
yes, i actually saw it coming. LOL. it's much more interesting to me now that it involves law. i LOVE talking and reading about Thai law and the US law. i still wonder why Film doesn't go through court to get this over with. he should try to clear his name through the legal system instead of through press. a judge might favor him in seeking paternity test given the circumstances.

P. u 100% on the dotted girl, but as for Film mom press conference I don't agree, she shouldn't go public with the press conference, if she wants to dealt with this and pleat for Annie to get a DNA test, she should've went through the Women of Society or the law who r willingly wants to be a middle person in private. Film mother should not came out in public like that and tell her side of the story again. As Khun Dang the leader of woman society said everything should not be made publicly or she shouldn't reveal her side of the story again, it should be done privately. Now she's making it worst by going public.

fun

i just love how a majority is saying annie needs to stop coming out, but film's side, he has people popping left and right coming out to defend his butt.

im currently taking american government after 3 years of no history. but seriously why isnt film taking any action through the court. why must annie be bitched at left and right do to the damn test when film could also be doing something to protect his damn fame by going to court. what does he have to lose. he basically called her out to be a whore publicly although we sort of figured she wrote a sex book.
