I need help finding an old chinese movie

I dont really remember the movie to well because it was so so long ago. I remember watching it back in the 90's.

Anyways the movie, I think was about a girl who helped a guy (I cant remember if she was an angel, ghost, or human) but in the end she helps save the guys life and dies and came back reborn as someone new. Although the girl doesnt remember the guy, the guy still remembers her. I remember the last part he saw her again.

was his name something like, "David" and hers was, " Malee"? he moved into her home where she haunts and eventually helps him with her crystal..his wife cheated on him and towards the end, she tried to reconcile with him but he was already in love with Malee...however, she was going to go reincarnate but got injured by the explosion set by David's ex-wife, so he carried her all the way to the hospital, where she eventually went to reincarnate...in the end, he became a rich businessman and a tennis ball rolled to his feet and there she was, as a new person, but no memories of him....

Off topic but I can't help but notice your signature. I fricken love Li Ge Xiao/Wallace Huo and Yan San Niang/Liu Shi Shi! I hope Wallace, Liu Shi Shi, and Hu Ge collaborate for a drama again. :D
