Thank you! I’ve been getting them more frequently lately. The first time I ever had one that I remember clearly was last year. I didn’t know what it was called the first time. Of course I had to be driving too!

That is scary to think it happens while driving. I have seen only one time where someone have a panic attack, it scares me. Can you take something for it?

Yes my psychiatrist prescribed a medication that helps with anxiety. I also used to be on as needed Ativan but it can be addictive so I don’t take it anymore.
