    Had the worst panic attack while driving yesterday. I thought I wouldn’t make it back home but deep breathing, prayer and mindfulness helped. But Damn I was on the highway and it was terrifying..

    Have you tried listening to relaxing music when you drive? I have few patients who has chronic attacks. When it comes on, they'll pull over and turn on those music. It's hard to do the first few times, but eventually they're able to manage it.

    I haven’t tried the relaxing music but thank you for the tip! I have tried chewing gum and that helps! I’ve also put the windows down, sat straighter in my seat when I feel like slumping over. I’ve managed to get through w/o pulling over but it helps to know others do pull over because of an attack!

    Glad you made it back safe! I have a friend who has them frequently and it takes her a very long time to calm down, usually speaks on the phone through the attack. She's identified some triggers but often there isn't one. May you stay safe and find what works for you!

    Same! I found her funny as well. I didn't realise Regina's mum was Amy Poehler until I rewatched the movie again lol. I also liked her characters in Sisters and The House.

    Also, omg Gretchen's facial reactions when ever she says something haha. :)

    I’m not sure if you have the Documents app on your phone but I find it easier to save my GIFs from there onto my phone.

    I'm seeing her in Nov also. I'm so excited. Lots of concert to attend this summer first though. 98 degree in may and backstreet boys in July. I love my 90s boyband lol

    Yep I am still watching it too.. acting is bad storyline is bad, but for some reason I am addicted to BATB lolz. @maimyang @x.ATKD.x yes Brooke is still in it, she and Ridge are back together and married again for the 1millionth times lolz. Rumours has it that Flo and Hope could turn out to be half sister. Deacon might be Flo’s dad.

    Depending on the game you have to pick between 6 to 8 numbers in the range 1 to 37 or 45. I won like 800 in November so hoping i'll hit one of the big jackpot soon. I've almost won on a game called set for life, the grand prize is $20000 per month for 20 years but i missed a number or two a few times.
