Thought I would share some of my favourite scenes from lakorn so far. It has been a while since I laughed so hard in a Thai series. As funny as the series is, there are quite a lot of romantic scenes between the two leads. Ha..ha she is secretly watching him bathe in the river.

In the remake Brook's character....was crazy, really mean (I didn't think he portrayed it all that well). I like Ken, it'll be interesting to see him play this character considering he's never done anything like this at all.....so dark of a character.

good series, I just finished watching it. Straight to the point, the plot moves pretty quickly since there aren't that much epi. like other lakorns. Not draggy at all.

I assume you're just doing a year (or two) abroad through some sort of academic year abroad through your current university right (considering the fact that you said you can't speak thai? so you'll be taking classes in English) If so, then this is very common....and I say why not go for it...

Finally got around to watching this series. Sad I must say, the male lead is a great actor! Hana's character..though I liked her...., but at time she did get to me (too much crying....always yelling and screaming his name), at times she as just too weak. Regardless overall I did enjoy it.

Why is it that I in a lakorn of say like 20 episodes at 1 hr each, with me fast forwarding like 70% of the movie while I'm watching it.........I can still manage to figure out all the details of the plot. It's majic :) No it's redundant over played storyline.....but yet we are still watching...

Saifah I suggest you try to stay away from these guys as much as possible, don't even bother talking to them, and whenever, you go anywhere make sure you got a friend (especially at night). I've had guys I've rejected give prank calls too (heck, but that back in high school.....so immature ).

I loved the cinamtography...the shots, both nek and pek looked great in the movie.

I noticed after watching music in the first episode they even have a piece of music from Green Rose OST a Korean serise, when they first show Film.

I enjoyed the series. I don't really understand why everyone felt so sorry for Benz (I love her...I think she' s a great actress), as for her character I think she got what she had coming. She was pure evil, and her selfish, greedy ways lead to her own downfall, that's karma ppl.

If you are looking for a series with romance this isn't the one. A whole lot of drama. Benz's character bothered me at times...she so hard headed. It's more of a serious movie I suppose.

Overall I enjoyed it, but it did get a little draggy the last few episodes.

Now that I look back the 1990s produced some really...really good lakorns, especially the late 1990s. As much as the movies now are great and all (definintily a larger selection of actresses and actors alot younger....blah..blah), the storyline now just don't hook me as much as the ones before...
