CHAPTER 4
Tik was lost in his thoughts for a moment, he didnt even noticed Ann had just
dropped a tray full of drinks. It's all to much for him to handle, his guts are turning
inside him like a wet cloth that needed to be wrung. Without even uttering a word
he turn around and left.
Thats right,he just left like a spirit leaving his body.
“It can’t be her,” Tik kept on repeating to himself on the way back to the house. “
It’s just can’t be her.”
“What can’t be.” Kwan replied , Tik didn’t even notice his surroundings until she
speaks.
Tik still could'nt believe his eyes, at this point he's very confused at what had just
happened. As Tik was just getting ready to tell Kwan what had just happed, his
aunt walks in briskly.
“ Tik what just happen in there, why did you just walk out all of a sudden and
didn't let me know?.” Sasit comes to join them.
Tik didnt answer his aunt, he just kind of look away and confused.
Mean while on the other side of the mansion
“Are you ok Ann?.” Akarin ask. He sees her walk out the kitchen a few minutes later
after Tik had left. Akarin was afraid and concerned if Tik had hurt her in anyway.
“I don’t know, I just introduce myself to him and he just walks away without
saying a word” Ann said trying to look motionless as possible.
It seem strange, Akarin looked at her, he sense that she's hiding something, from
the look on her face. Ann knew that Don wanted to ask her more questions so
she had to quickly come up with an excuse.
“I’ll go check on Lek.” Ann replied quickly. She left him and hurried up the stairs.
“I….I…need some time to think.” Tik said, he didn’t want to inform his aunt about
what just happeded. “Tik I thought you wanted her out by today” his Aunt
demanded, she was mad at him for not doing what he should of been doing.
“Mom don’t push him, he’s having a bad time right now.” Kwan annoyed by her
mother reaction didn’t like the idea of her mom intruding with the family affairs. “
P' Tik you go ahead and get some rest.” Kwan kind of knew what happened even
if Tik didn't tell her. Tik left the two.
“Tik.” Sasit tried to stop him, but Kwan pulled onto her mom's arm. “Kwan” Sasit
yelled, she was very mad.
“Mom stay out of this please, you’ve been butting in the family affairs since Tik’s
mom died.” Kwan fought back.
defensively Sasit said “I’m only trying to make this family better, don’t you see
your uncle is giving away his money, I don’t want him to do this!”
“Mom all you are doing is causing more feuds for P' Tik and his father, we should
try to make them clear all the misunderstanding.”
“I’m the mother here Kwan I should be the one giving advise not you , Plus what
happened if she inheirit all the money and kick all of our heads out of the house,
what are you going to do then?.” Sasit walks off furious.
Ann came in to see how was her son doing “Hi honey, how are you doing?” She
sat beside him on the bed.
“Who is the man yelling at Uncle Akarin?” Lek asked . “He’s…..he’s….” Ann paused to
this, she knew who he is, but she could'nt believe he is Akarin’s son. “ He's uncle Akarin son.”
Ann finally replied.
“How come he yelled at Uncle Akarin” Lek is curiuos and felt sad.
Ann trying to comfort her son “I don’t know but we should stay out of their
problem.” “I think he is lucky to have a father,” Lek said and walk away into the
bathroom.
Ann took a deep breath and began to cried when she hears those words come out
of her son mouth, She couldn’t give him a father or be a good mom to him. Ann
went back to her room, she look out the window and there he was standing.
****Flash Back****
Tik wakes up with the sun shinning on him. He opens his eyes and looks at her.
She was sleeping peacefully on his bare chest. Her arms wrap around him. Last
night was the night the two could not forget, when she lost her purity to him. Tik
brushes her hair off her face and turns his head down to kiss her forehead. “I love
you Ann, I will never leave you.” he replied lovingly. Then he slowly slides off the
bed. Ann wakes up, with the smell of something delicious. She sits up and looks
at her finger, Tik had perpose to her last night. She smile to herself, to the
thought that she and Tik are engage, and that night she knew he will be her first in
everything envolve in her life. .
“Tik.” she was happy to see him. “What are you doing?”
“Serving my soon to be wife.” Tik places the tray on the night stand and lean in
for a kiss. “what do you prefer, coffee, or orange juice?.”
Ann couldn’t put the smile away, he was just so perfect. “orange juice, thank you.”
she said with a smile . After breakfast the two walk hand in hand along side the
ocean. “I will talk with my father about us, and letting him know I won’t be going
to America Ann, I will stay here with you.” Tik sternly said
“I just hope your father will agree to this wedding P' Tik” Ann looks at him and
hugs him. I have given up so much to be with you, and I know you did the same,
she thought. Tik held her just as tight as she holds on to him. “I love you Ann.”
he said. The next morning Tik had left to go speak to his father.
“No Tik I can’t let you do this.” Akarin cried loudly. “You’re only 18, what kind of
future are you two planning to get?.”

“Tik you have to listen to me, and go to America, once you come back you two
shall get to know each other more, and if you still have the same feeling I will
approve of this.” Akarin said nicely.
“But you and mom married at my age, and you two were fine,” Tik said

all away, It’s different Tik,” Akarin replied

working very hard to become who I am today, because I am lucky to be here.”

just let me live my life.” Tik was about to walk out, but Akarin hits him in the head
with a vase causing him to loose concouis and fell to the ground. Akarin then calls
in two big men to carry him inside the room . “I bought the plane ticket leaving
tonight, you will go whether you like it or not, Pu and Po don’t let him out of his
room, until I say so.” The two men lock him inside and stood in front of the door.
Hours had pass, Tik wakes up with his hand touching the back of his head, he had
a huge headache. He walks up to the door and it was lock so he knew he had to
find another way out, So he walks over to the window and was able to get out
through the balcony and meet up with Ann.
“We will leave Pataya tonight, I have a boat ready for us.” The first thing Tik said
when he walks in to see Ann.
“What, why.” She couldn’t believe what he was saying, she was confused..
(Then you guys know the rest, th boat floats off into the middle of the ocean etc ……)

“Why do I have to see you again, Why can’t that night be the last time we see

instead he untied the boat and let it afloat into the ocean knowing she can't

saw how you treated your father earlier, You were very rude, how can I show respect to
someone like you.” Then he continue walking.

“Hey Lek, why did you come back so early.” Ann notice he only been out for ten

bring out the food. She takes them out to the to the patio outside. She sat down
alone, looking at the beautiful white roses, where she brought over from her old

she walks in the beach house, there are white roses everywhere. “Tik, there

CHAPTER FIVE
"Ok Lek, I’ll pick you up by 3 pm.” Ann kisses her son good bye as she drops him off for the first day of his new school.
“This is a new start for you and I son, I know
you will do the best, just like your mommy.” then she drove away.
“Good morning Tik, why are you up so early.” Kwan replied while having breakfast.
Yawning Tik said “I was up all night talking, then afterward I couldn’t sleep, how
about you, dressing up very nice.” As he join her for a cup of coffee.
“I’m going to work of course,” smiling Kwan said
“Yes, work, wow it’s the whole week all over again.”
“So what is your plan for today P' Tik?” Kwan asked
“I don’t know, Aom ask me to get her a few things, I might as well get it, and
maybe visit my old friends.” Tik answered
“Well then have fun my cousin, I’m running late.” Kwan just storm out.
At the Pholdee corp.
Akarin showing Ann the ins and out of the company “Ann I know you will have a lot
to learn, I have ask Pim to help you.”
“Great, thanks Khun Akarin.” cheerfully Ann answered
“Hi Ann, I will be glad to assist you in any way possible.” Pim was giving her the
fake smile.

“No it’s my job, you just sit here, while I finish up, I’m almost done.” said Pim
“Ann I think you will fit just right in, I’ll call you if i need anything.” Akarin went
inside his office.
“Ok.” Ann was ready for her job. She turn to Pim. ”what can I do Pim.”
“Like I say just sit tight I will do it.” Pim sounded a little mean. “I don’t need you
here to replace my position.” She whisper softly to herself but Ann could hear her.
Ann felt bad, she was just useless around here, just sitting here at her desk
doing nothing.
“Hey you” Tik said greeting his friend for lunch.

“What are you trying to do flirt with me, because it’s working?” Stephan joked.

“It's been awhile since we talked.” They sat down.
“I know, that’s why I decided to come visit you one last time before I get

“Enough dude I don’t want to lose my reputation, I'm still searching for Miss right,
you know.” said Stephan
“Fine so let’s get to business what do you got.” Stephan replied
“What just like that, shouldn’t I get to order first, I’m hungry !.” said Tik
“Fine, waiter.” Stephan called. “I think lunch is worth it with the information that i
spent countless hours researching for you" Stephan pulled out a folder out of his
brief case. "Tik you owe me big time.”
Tik couldn’t believe what he's looking at , it's her, it's really her, all these years he
thought she died.
“So Ann how was your first day here.” Akarin picks out a vegetable for her.
“Good.” She lied.
”You know if anything is wrong you would tell me right.” Akarin could tell by the way
she wasn’t eating much that something is wrong.
“ I’m fine.” She gives a fake smile. “Here why don’t you eat this.” She puts more
food on his pate. Akarin returns a smile to her.
Minutes later the two finishes lunch and left back to the company.
“Wow look at the time I can’t believe we stayed out that long.” Ann felt bad.
“Don’t worry, Ann there’s not much to do, you are still learning remember” Akarin
said “I know khun, but how would everyone think of me, it’s my first day and I’m
taking two hours lunch.” scared said Ann

“Look at her coming back so late.” pim whispers to the lady by her. “I have to do
all these work while she makes the boss happy.”

Pholdee.” She greet him before he walk pass.

“How about you and I walk to my office together.”
Pim was nervous, did Ann tell on me she thought. “I just want to let you know
I’m much appreciated that you are taking the time to train her.”
“It’s my job Mr. Pholdee, I will do my best.” relieved Pim said
“Good that’s the spirit I want to see in my employee.” Akarin shouted. But then he
was about to fainted.

“Hey Pim, so, since, I was gone too long what is there for me to do.” Ann said
smiling “here you could start with these, just input them in the computer,”with a
snippy attitude Pim said
“All of these?” Ann sees a whole pile of folder.
“Yes.” said Pim. Girls these days would do anything just for money; she looks at
Ann and thought to herself.
“I can’t believe I was a fool to believe she had died, all these years, she was
living, why did you lied to me Ann, why did you want to leave me.” Tik looking
out the window to see if she had returned home yet. “I need to know why you left
me, why did you fake you’re death.” Suddenly the phone rang.
“Hello.” Tik answered
“P' Tik,”
“Aom, hi, why did you call at this hour., should'nt you be sleeping now?.” surprised
said Tik “Well I could'nt sleep, I miss you.” Aom said “When will you be coming
back P' Tik, our wedding is coming close.”
“Soon honey, I just have to take care of some things and I will return soon” Tik
didnt tell her exactly what he was doing.
“Yes I….” Tik misses her so much, but why is Ann's image in his head right now.
He look out the window again and sees Ann pulling her car up in the drive way. “How about we talk
later.” he quickly said and hung up on her.
Aom on the other line "P' Tik, P' Tik" no answer at all, so she throws the phone on
the ground and pouts. " What is the matter with him"
Tik wanted an answer, right now. He storm out of his bedroom, out to the drive
way hoping he could catch her in time.
“Ok Lek, go right in, I'll get your back pack for you ok.” Ann said to Lek as he ran
inside, Ann opened her trunk to gather somethings, but suddenly a strong hand
pull her off to the side with one arm around her and another covering her mouth.
“Don’t scream or you will get hurt.” Finally he stops at the corner of the brick wall
where he know she couldn't run anywhere.
“What is the meaning of this?” furious Tik asked. “Tell me.” Tik demanded as he look straight into her eyes. Scared, Ann said " I
don't know what your talking about!" “Let go.” She pushes him away, “What are
you doing to me.” Ann screams, he pins both of her arms to the brick wall not letting
her go. “Not until I know the truth.”
“What are you doing I’m not her, who is she.” She pleaded with him trying to push
him away.
“At first when I saw you I knew you were her, but i don't know why i doubted
myself, I should have known it was you, Why didn’t you tell me , why did you lie ?" Tik
demanded some answers “I don’t know what you are talking about, please let me
go" Ann cried
“Look me in the eyes Ann, and tell me you haven’t forgotten about us, my heart
still has you.” Tik said trying to reconcile
“Look I think you are in denial , but trust me I’m not her, who ever your talking about”
I was a fool believing in you before, why should I believe you again, you are playing
game with me just like before, Ann said to herself, she wasn't going to allow
herself to fall in that same position she was 7 years ago.
Tik looks at her, he can’t understand why she’s telling lies. “I know you are her,
and I will prove it.” He pulls her in for a kiss. She tried to move her face, but his
grip is to strong. She had to do the worst, she bit his upper lips until it bleed. Tik
scream "ouch" and finally he let go. Ann pushes him and slaps in the face really
hard. Tik with his right hand on his lips, satisfied said “I hope this kiss brings back
the memories.” He wipes the blood off his lips with a smile. Then walks away.
Ann stood there in tears, she couldn't believe what had just happened. She's in
shock. This is exactly what she didn't want to happen.

hmmm if i was an employee at the company..i would think that there was something going on between ann and akarin....just like pim.....so tik thinks that ann fakes her own death...but ann is lying just because she doesn't want to be hurt again......i kind of feel bad for aom...not knowing any of this...unless she was behind the untying of the boat..just so she could have tik...idk lol ^^ but i like the kiss...very powerful and aggressive hmmmm

CHAPTER 6
“Tik” Kwan who stood in front of the door . "Your lips are bleeding, are you ok?" worried
Kwan asked.
Touching his lips, he replied " I .....I wasn't watching where i was walking into
that's all " He lied nervously
Kwan giggled " I think you did something bad and someone couldn't resist and hit
you!".
Tik shoots her an evil look, knowing she was right he replied " Crazy" and walks
off.
After dinner, Ann went outside to the gazebo, and Akarin follows her there. “Is
everything ok Ann ?” he wonders, he wanted to know what happen to her earlier
which made her jumpy. Ann looks up at him, “I…I…just wanted to let you know
Lek and I are very thankful, for what you've done for us these pass few days. My
son and I never imagine we could live the life like this….” Akarin knows something
isn't right, why is she talking this way.
“But, I can’t do this anymore; I can’t live in this house anymore.” Ann finally lets it
out. It has been bugging her for the pass days, since she found out about Tik
being Akarin's son.
“What, you can’t go Ann, why… why do you have to leave.” Akarin a little confused
replied.
“khun Akarin, this has nothing to do with you" Ann said.
" Are you afraid of what people might think and say about us ? This is my house, i
can do whatever i want!” Akarin said
Ann stood there, she didn't say a word.
“Ann, does this have anything to do with you and Tik?.” Akarin asked. Ann looks up
and look at him, she was surprised.
“I love Aom, but, Ann, she’s not dead, I…i….” Tik couldn’t understand who he loves
anymore, all this time he thought she was dead, what is going on with me, he
thought to himself.
Tik looks on at Ann and Akarin out in the gazebo, he could tell their having a deep
conversation, that only made him more jealous and shuts the curtains.
Akarin under pressure turns the other way, he couldn’t look into her eyes anymore
he did too many wrongs to her, how can he repay her for what he had put her
through. “I’m sorry Ann, I’m sorry I didn’t tell you before.” sincerely he spoke.
"I dont understand"
“I know about the relationship you and Tik had”

Ann pull away from him, how can this be, what is he saying. Akarin moved in
closer. “I’m sorry for what I have done, I didn’t know you were going to drown, I
didn’t think this will happen to you, all I wanted was for you to part from Tik for a
while, only until he graduated from college, I didn’t know what will become of this,
when I saw you in the office I recognize you right away, and Lek, If I'm not
wrong he must be Tik’s ?”
Akarin waited for Ann to answer, she just looked away from him with anger and very
disappointed, “I…I don’t understand, why are you saying this Khun Akarin, what is your
point?.”
“Ann , Tik had nothing to do with this, he couldn’t sleep or eat for days. He
thought you had died in the ocean we never thought you are here standing in front
of us.”
Ann doesn't want to listen anymore, she walk fast into the house into her room.
Akarin watch from behind and there's was nothing he could do.
“Ann.” Akarin cried from afar, he felt chest pain, the room was spinning “Help.” He
cried louder, as he grasp for air but his voice couldn’t come out. Soon he collapse
onto the floor.
“Father.” Tik saw the whole thing. He storm out to his father. “Father what’s
wrong.”
“Tik.” “I….I'm………” Akarin couldn't say a word he was in so much pain.
“Help.” Tik cried very loud, “someone call the ambulance.”
“khun.” Ann ran back.
Kwan asked.
