America

As I watch the news, I sit and curse american soldiers, american gov't, and Bush. I've been watching nothing BUT news and documented video journalism about the war a in Iraq and the attacks in Lebanon.

American soldiers need to come back home. Really, they are there to only kill people in the labeled name of freeing Iraqi civilians. Huh? Wait a minute. Free them? They've masacred thousands of Iraqi civilians all in the name of liberation.

Clearly, Iraqis do not need America to help free them. America need not worry about civil war happening in Iraq. For centuries throughout history, Iraqi Jews, Christians, and Muslims have been living together. If there were disputes, it wasn't as dispicable is what the Americans are doing to them. What, America? In your view, you must kill innocents to bring "Democracy" and freedom? They killed them for nothing, and American soldiers die for nothing. What honor is that? There is no honor. War is Iraq is only a way for America to gain, to be the so-called hero.

Poor little Lebanon is being attacked by Israelis. And for what reason? Only to receive their 3 men back. All that killing and murdering and bloodshed. It is very unnecessary.

Overall, Israel and America has killed more people in the Middle East than that of their own soldiers and people. And let me see...they're intentions were to help. Truly, Bush is a mad-man. A bad president. He should be humiliated and shamed. Any Americans who can even tolerate him, can tolerate innocent people dying....but I can't.

The war in Iraq is unnecessary. Attacks on Palestine have become a put on face. Now, Lebanon.

I turn my face away from the so-called Democracy. Can't wait till Bush's term is over.

I'm sure not many people will respond to this, but I just want to express. Many of us right now are enjoying the wonderful, sitting on your chair online, having little to do with what's going on in the world. But I also want to let you guys know that your news station, local or national...the mainstrain news...don't believe what's really happening. They're biased in their reports. No matter what, they will always make America look innocent.

www.Freespeech.org provides a better insight. They look at situations two ways - not biased at all.

i agree with you that the U.S should not be n war...

but many of your points...i cant agree with some

me, myself, believe that democracy is a great form of governmenting...not the perfect but no doubt it has been pretty good so far. the problem with democracy is that it leaves people unhappy, unsatified. like if 51 percent wanted one thing but the other 49 wanted another you leave the other 49 percent unhappy in which is almost to half the population.

this is just my opinion, if you look back to when bush first was elected and then the second time around, you see it was close, and then when the 9/11 attacks happened many people were for war and many people were against. now that time has proven it's point i believe the majority of people are now anti-war in iraq. it shows you how quickly someone can try to take back what is already done. even if u didnt choose war in the first place, we as americans chose it together. we are of one whole.

i agree that news broadcast are biased and media as biased aswell, as long as you are on your computer taking in whatever i'm saying, your opinion will be farther biased. to not be biased is to not say anything at all. your judgement, your way of thinking was probably a factor of that media, you said so yourself that u watch the news.

but i'm not here to argue...i think america shouldnt be in this war, people are dying and america has lost site of what we want. is it really freedom we look for...or revenge?

Yes, you're right in that democracy is not all that bad, but not in the way Bush is pushing it to be for Iraq. Yes, Iraq wanted democracy; they wanted freedom. They have been craving for it since Hussein, but now it's different now. It's been different for them ever since innocent lives have been killed and tortured. Bush was in it just for the oil initially, remember. We can't forget that.

And yes, I watch the news to know what's going on over there. How else will you know? But I have friends and family who have gone to Iraq to visit families, and they come back with what they witnessed over there. Horrible, horrible.

End the damn war, I say.
