P'AOM tips
1) Every morning she will combine ice cubes and water to wash her face. Which will help liven up the face.
2) I will always wear sun block, not only does it help cleans the face the cream blocks it’s also a product you have to use everyday (well, great for us during the summer, but p’aom she can use it everyday lol… since she do live in Thailand…)
3) If she have time, she will exfoliate her face with natural Thai exfoliation that you can pick up at a supermarket, for example, tamerine exfoliation to scrub dead skin off face or body.
4) and I believe the last tip is steam room.. what do they call it..? Sauna!
