It would be fun to just pick name that you like and put it together to form an official names haha But if your really traditional I advise to consult a monk before naming your kids or ask monks for names because usually they have pretty names that will suit the new borns...If the name doesn't suit the new born, the new born will get sick, etc etc then the name have to be change.

wow Champ.... ur on a Roll with those baby names girl.....but then i dunno if i wanna bring my kiddo to a buddha to be named cause my first Nephew Andrew, his asian names "Chanoan", that was just a name my sister gaved him. as for my other sister, she all of a sudden named her son Andrew.... and she took him to the buddha and they gaved him the name "Chanin"..... how ironic is that, it sounds similar.... Chanoan and Chanin.....haahh

I don't think it is a hassle at all...I could bet you that Caucasians (American) go through the same process in term of naming their kids...haha...It's the fun part...haha

I think combining Lao with English name is very unique...why name your kids just Richard, Mary, or Billy, etc...be unique and creative... DON'T BE WESTERNIZE or AMERICANIZE haha...be unique and creative and don't forget your root...haha

tairvadah is angel... i though heaven is Savanh.. but I am sure there's many ways to say it and Veemonnoiradee is a more formal/fancy way to say it.

When I have a kid, I am going to try to incorporate my name and my spouses name.

You know what, I have never heard of "veemonnoiradee" and that it's a formal way to say heaven.
