YES... the one who plays Casilda character is a veteran actress, Ai-ai delas Alas. she's just a participation of this series. but this isn't the first time did Erich played a drama with her. Erich and Ai-ai played an anthology drama of MMK. as mother-daughter story, it's a true story and dramatized by them.
this is the first time though working with Ian Veneracion, he is a veteran actor. an action star actually during late 80's and early 90's. Assunta de Rossi who plays Sandra and Maria's real mom will be back in week 4. this is what she tweeted during the first week of MLDB. anyways, Assunta de Rossi is known for her daring and sexy roles during mid 90's. she was one of the hottest and sexiest actress that time, though she's a good in acting.
Angel Aquino on the other hand, this is the second time she worked with Erich and Enchong. if in "Magkaribal" drama she was VERA and she was Chloe(Erich's character) mother and dislikes Caloy(Enchong's character). here in MLDB, she is VICTORIA and she is the mother of Luis(Enchong's character) and dislikes Maria(Erich's character).
"Magkaribal" drama was a blast, Erich pulled off her character very well. everytime it's Chloe and Vera scenes, they speak english and Chloe showed her bitchy side after she came back from Barcelona.

Soraya was like no breeding after what she did to the party. good thing Victoria fired her. But here goes Victoria who is paranoid and obsess with her two sons... saying "look at my boys, you're all grown up. but i won't allow you to get marry yet. do not leave mama" LOL that creeps me out~! hahaha
after i watch MLDB drama i always log on to my twitter because you'll get to read a lot of feedbacks after they watched drama.
the official MLDB twitter loves retweeting my comments regarding with the show like yesterday they've been like retweeting my love-hate to Luis and laughing over with Soraya's "no breeding".
the recent topic in pex, specifically in MLDB thread. the fans has all good words to director Rory B. Quintos. who is a veteran director and knows how to catch an angle when it comes to willing scenes. most of scenes of willing scenes, she directs it in dim light capture. so it doesn't really look like pornish. see the videos...

we are all discussing the WILLING SCENES that Rory B. Quintos directed. she's one of the best directors in the philippines and i am happy that Enchong and Erich got the chance to work with her.
also Rory revealed that she watched their previous drama "Magkaribal", she sees so much future for Enchong and Erich. their team up in Magkaribal drama proved that Enchong and Erich can pull off the scenes in Maria La Del Barrio. with Erich she worked with her in the movie "Love Me Again", Erich was like it was a dream come true to work with director Rory because she was one of Erich's mentors. Erich will always remember what director Rory's advice to her "to wait for her moment".
and may i repeat, Enchong and Erich's hot willing scene in "Magkaribal" drama was directed by Mae Cruz. since they pulled off this performance very well for a mature role like desperate hotelier Caloy and from naive to bitchy photographer Chloe. i think in MLDB, i've got so much expectations. i am expecting a hot willing scene that just look like from either "Love Me Again" movie or "Kailangan Kita" movie that was directed by Rory B. Quintos.

knowing Rory's works... she's very specific in willing scenes. in dramas, i loved the willing scene of Jake and Cristine. for me, it was just too hot to handle the time i was watching the series.

the CHERIE fanclub on the other hand likes to scap the best scenes of erich and enchong together. but it's funny that they scap Luis-Victoria then Maria-Fernando... they're like talking about the incest feeling that creeps them out and their theme song for that is "She Will Be Loved" by Maroon5.

LOL specifically "hate how much i love you" and "love the way you lie" and lastly... my dedicated song for next week's episode since Luis is going to do everything just for Maria to forgive him "how deep is your love" by Cameron's version.I hate Luis. because even if Enchong and Erich rarely shares a post in PEX thread, they read the comments everyday. they greet each of the fans they know if who's birthday is today and who has an upcoming birthday. they also know what their fans talking about everyday. both Enchong and Erich doesn't go online in their respective official websites like EnchongDeeWorld and ErichGonzalesOfficial sites... instead they get themselves online in PEX thread, because that's where most viewers they got... they don't entertain their fans only, but also the viewers who are interested to watch.

she has no choice but to watch "My Binondo Girl" because after 100 days to heaven drama, it's not Guns n Roses yet. she needed to wait after the My Binondo Girl. but Guns N Roses is going to end on Sept10 already. this drama is one of the fast-paced dramas they got aside from "Kahit Isang Saglit" and "Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin" and "Green Rose". if it's action series, they mostly got fast-paced series. that's what i noticed.
ask your mom-in-law if what she likes better. LOL Maria La Del Barrio or My Binondo Girl. MLDB is hard drama, revenge drama... while My Binondo Girl is light drama and comedy-romance. but i am not a big fan of Kim Chiu. lol i don't care if Erich and Kim are good friends in real life despite of the rivalry as an actress. in Star Magic Sports Fest, Kim defeated Erich in volleyball game, but Erich defeated Kim in badminton game. Erich is like a pro in badminton, because she's been playing it for years. LOL
you don't need subs right... LOL this is where i watch my MLDB without subs, i know you'll never get a chance to view it at viki because the uploaders, subbers and segmenters blocked it for Philippine country to avoid the deletion of the videos. so they only cater it to the outsiders and the only ones who can view are the uploader, segmenters and subbers.
